आईएएस अफसरों का तबादला : सौरभ कुमार को कोरबा कलेक्टर का दायित्व – संजीव कुमार झा होंगे अब बिलासपुर कलेक्टर

रायपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ में 14 IAS अफसर का ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया है। जिसमें 2 जिलों के कलेक्टर बदल दिए गए हैं। विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले यह फेरबदल किया गया है। इस संबंध में आदेश सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग ने जारी किया है।
जारी आदेश के मुताबिक, सौरभ कुमार को कोरबा का कलेक्टर बनाया गया है। वो अब तक बिलासपुर कलेक्टर की जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे थे। इसी प्रकार कोरबा के कलेक्टर संजीव कुमार झा को बिलासपुर कलेक्टर बनाया गया है।जितेंद्र कुमार शुक्ला को पर्यटन विभाग का MD बनाया गया वहीं जितेंद्र कुमार शुक्ला को पर्यटन विभाग का MD बनाया गया है। इसके साथ ही उन्हें खाद एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग के संचालक की अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। इन सब के अलावा 2 नगर निगम के आयुक्त भी बदले गए हैं। 2018 बैच की अफसर प्रतिष्ठा ममगाई को कोरबा नगर निगम का आयुक्त बनाया गया है। अभिषेक कुमार को अंबिकापुर नगर निगम का आयुक्त बनाया गया है।

प्रभाकर पांडे ED के छापे के बाद से लापता थे। जिस अधिकारी के घर छापा, उसका भी स्थानांतरण हुआ ।

उधर, राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी का भी तबादला किया गया है। प्रभाकर पांडे को कोरबा नगर निगम आयुक्त के पद से हटाकर मुंगेली जिला पंचायत का सीईओ बनाया गया है। पांडे के घर 20 जुलाई को ईडी का छापा पड़ा था। छापे की जानकारी मिलते ही वे लापता हो गए थे। वहीं छापे में ईडी के अधिकारियों ने कई दस्तावेज खंगाले और जब्त भी किए हैं।

अचानक क्यों किया गया ट्रांसफर,? प्रदेश में इस साल विधानसभा चुनाव होने वाले हैं और इसे चुनाव से पहले का प्रशासनिक फेरबदल बताया जा रहा है। निर्वाचन आयोग ने चुनावों को ध्यान में रखते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ के तमाम सरकारी विभागों में अधिकारियों के ट्रांसफर पोस्टिंग के काम को जल्द से जल्द निपटाने के निर्देश दिए थे। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रशासनिक फेरबदल किया गया है। हालांकि चुनाव से पहले यह अंतिम तबादला नहीं होगा। इसके बाद भी तबादले हो सकते हैं। राज्य सरकार दो दिन पहले ही आईजी की लिस्ट जारी की थी। इसके बाद भी कुछ जिलों के एसपी और कलेक्टर बदल सकते हैं। इसके अलावा अधिकारियों की परफॉर्मेंस भी तबादले का आधार बताया जा रहा है। 533 सब इंस्पेक्टर और 66 इंस्पेक्टर्स का तबादला: 6 IPS अफसरों का भी ट्रांसफर भी हुआ था ।
