भिलाई । कौशल विकास एवं अनौपचारिक शिक्षा केंद्र (CSDIE) एवं छत्तीसगढ़ स्वामी विवेकानंद तकनीकी संस्थान (CSVTU) के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में नोटिंग एंड ड्राफ्टिंग इन ऑफिस पर दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला की में मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में श्री डी वी एस शास्त्री ने अपना व्याख्यान दिया । श्री शास्त्री जी इग्नू से 2013 में डेप्युटी रजिस्टार के पद पर रिटायर हुए थे । कार्यक्रम का प्रारंभ मुख्य वक्ता के स्वागत के पश्चात विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षण विभाग के निदेशक डॉ. पी के घोष के उद्बोधन से प्रारंभ हुआ। प्रोफेसर घोष ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए कैसे उन्होंने भी जॉइनिंग के पश्चात नोटशीट संबंधी दस्तावेज बनाने में परेशानियां महसूस की। तत्पश्चात प्रो वाइस चांसलर डॉ. संजय अग्रवाल ने अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए, उन्होंने ऑफिशियल फाइल मेंटेनेंस एवं गवर्नमेंट नोट शीट राइटिंग के महत्वों को साझा किया ।
कार्यशाला के मुख्य वक्ता श्री शास्त्री जी ने फाइल मेंटेनेंस से लेकर फाइलों के मूवमेंट तथा बुक किपिंग के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। कार्यक्रम में अगले सत्र में उन्होंने नोटशीट राइटिंग पर अपना व्याख्यान दिया, अलग-अलग तरह के नोटशीट एवं उनके कंटेंट पर उन्होंने विस्तृत रूप से चर्चा की। कार्यक्रम के अंतिम समय में उन्होंने विभिन्न प्रकार के एक्सरसाइज दिए जिस पर कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित समस्त शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों ने नोटशीट लिखकर प्रस्तुत किए जिसमें सभी लाभान्वित हुए । कार्यक्रम के समन्वयक श्री थानेश्वर साहू रहे एवं मंच संचालन का काम प्रोफेसर आर. जी बृजेश एवं प्रोफेसर ओनिका परमार ने की, कार्यक्रम के दौरान सभी प्रतिभागियों ने बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया एवं कार्यालयीन कार्यों में सामना कर रहे विभिन्न शंकाओं एवं परेशानियों को साझा किया ।
