बिलासपुर । शनिचरी बाजार जय स्तम्भ गांधी स्मारक में दिनाँक 06/07/2023 को आयोजित की गयी। गांधी स्मारक परिसर में फैले हुए कचरे, खर-पतवार एवं अन्य गन्दगी की साफ सफाई हेतु समस्त परिसर को विभिन्न टुकड़ों में बांटकर स्वच्छता अभियान चलाया गया, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति माननीय आचार्य ए डी एन बाजपेई, महापौर श्री रामशरण यादव, नगर निगम उपायुक्त श्री राजेन्द्र पात्रे, विश्वविद्यालय छात्र अधिष्ठाता डॉ एच एस होता, वित्त अधिकारी डॉ अलेक्जेंडर कुजूर, हरिहर आक्सीजन से श्री भुवन वर्मा एवं डॉ शंकर यादव, रासेयो कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ मनोज सिन्हा, जिला संगठक श्रीमती कांति अंचल, कार्यक्रम अधिकारी डॉ उषा राठौर,श्री हेमन्त खरे, श्री रोहित लहरे, श्री यूपेश कुमार, श्री प्रताप पांडेय, सुश्री संस्कृति शास्त्री, सुश्री मोना केवट, विभांशु अवस्थी, श्रीमती भारती बर्डे, ज्ञानेश कश्यप, भूपेंद्र देवांगन, शत्रुहन घृतलहरे, डॉ गरिमा, श्री मुकुल शर्मा, मुकेश सोनी,श्रीमती मुक्ता श्रीवास्तव, सूर्यप्रकाश दिवेदी, श्री विनोद कौशिक, दाताराम प्रजापति, श्री चंद्राकर जी एवं विभिन्न इकाइयों के सैकड़ों स्वयंसेवकों ने उत्साह पूर्वक भाग लेकर स्वच्छता का संदेश जन-जन तक पहुचाने में अपना अमूल्य योगदान दिया।
एक दिवसीय इस कार्यशाला को सम्बोधित करते हुए कुलपति माननीय आचार्य अरुण दिवाकर नाथ बाजपेयी ने कहा कि गांधी चबूतरा को सुसज्जित एवं विकसित करने में विश्वविद्यालय रासेयो प्रकोष्ठ कार्य करेगा और इस ऐतिहासिक स्थल की जानकारी जन जन तक पहुँचा कर स्वच्छता के व्यक्तिगत आचरण को संकल्प शक्ति विकसित कर संस्थागत एवं सार्वजनिक करने का आग्रह किया । महापौर श्री रामशरण यादव ने कहा कि गांधीजी एकमात्र व्यक्ति के आजादी के दृढ़ संकल्प से सम्पूर्ण भारत वर्ष में सैलाब आ गया था, गांधी जी की त्याग, तपस्या और योगदान को ध्यान में रखकर प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपना कर्तव्य निभाना चाहिए।नगर निगम बिलासपुर द्वारा चलाये जा रहे स्वच्छता अभियान में भी सभी के साथ का आग्रह किया जिससे बिलासपुर नगर निगम स्वच्छता रैंक में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करे और अन्य इससे प्रेरणा लें।
नगर निगम उपायुक्त श्री राजेन्द्र पात्रे ने कहा कि इस ऐतिहासिक स्थल का जीर्णोद्धार निकट भविष्य में करने की कार्ययोजना प्रस्तावित है जो शीघ्र ही साकार रूप लेकर आम जनता के लिए एक सुसज्जित बगीचे के रूप में जय स्तम्भ गांधी चबूतरा उपलब्ध होगी।छात्र अधिष्ठाता डॉ होता ने बताया कि अटलबिहारी बाजपेयी विश्वविद्यालय ने गांधी चबूतरा को गोद लिया इसके रखरखाव एवं साज सज्जा के लिए विश्वविद्यालय हमेशा तत्पर रहेगा।
अंत मे कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ मनोज सिन्हा ने उपस्थित समस्त जनसमुदाय का आभार व्यक्त किया एवं राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना सर जुड़े समस्त अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों एवं स्वयंसेवकों से आग्रह किया कि इस ऐतिहासिक स्थल को विकसित करने में सभी अपना अमूल्य योगदान दें। समस्त कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन कार्यक्रम अधिकारी मुकुल शर्मा ने किया।
