सेन फ्रांसिस्को (अमेरिका) — छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल आजकल अपने दस दिवसीय अमेरिका प्रवास पर हैं। इस दौरान उन्होंने सेन फ्रांसिस्को में निवासरत भारतीयों से मुलाकात की। वे वहाँ छत्तीसगढ़ के व्यापारिक प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ डिनर में भी शामिल हुये। डिनर में सर्वश्री बी.जे. अरुण (टाई प्रेसिडेंट), राजू इंदुकुरी (भारत में डेटा सेंटर कंपनी की इन्वेस्टर), जग कपूर (मैकलिन थ्री स्टार साइसोन रेस्टोरेन्ट के ओनर), नितिन मेहता, सर्वज्न द्विवेदी, सुशांत पटनायक, पल्लव शर्मा, हरसूल असनानी (अमेरिका में टेक महिंद्रा के हेड) आदि इन्वेस्टर शामिल रहे। इस दौरान व्यापारिक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने छत्तीसगढ़ में निवेश कर प्रदेश की उन्नति में भागीदार बनने की इच्छा जाहिर की है।
गौरतलब है कि छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल कल 13 फरवरी को मीडिया के साथ चर्चा करेंगे और विमान द्वारा सेनफ्रांसिंस से बोस्टन के लिये रात्रि 08:45 बजे प्रस्थान करेंगे। वे 14 फरवरी को सुबह 05:18 बजे बोस्टन पहुंँचेंगे और दोपहर 02:00 बजे से 03:00 बजे तक इंस्टीट्यूट के लिये कॉम्पीटिटीवनेस के साथ बैठक में शामिल होंगे। अगले दिन 15 फरवरी को दोपहर 12:45 बजे कैम्ब्रिज स्थित हावर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी में पहुंँचेंगे और वहां 01:05 बजे से 01:50 बजे तक भारत का नानफ्रेंस में प्रजातांत्रिक भारत में जाति और राजनीति विषय पर अपने विचार रखेंगे। इसके पश्चात वे शाम 06:30 बजे हावर्ड विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा उनके स्वागत में होटल चार्ल्स में आयोजित भोज में शामिल होंगे। अगले दिन मुख्यमंत्री 16 फरवरी को नोबेल पुरस्कार प्राप्त अर्थशास्त्री श्री अभिजीत बनर्जी से सुबह 09:00 बजे एम.आई.टी. में मिलेंगे। इसके पश्चात वे दोपहर 01:40 बजे ट्रेन द्वारा न्यूयार्क के लिये प्रस्थान करेंगे। अगले दिन 17 फरवरी को सुबह 10:00 बजे वे संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ के जनरल एसेम्बली जायेंगे और दोपहर 12:15 बजे से दोहपर 02:30 बजे तक वहांँ राजदूत और अन्य राजनायिकों से मुलाकात कर संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ की कार्यप्रणाली पर भारत के स्थायी मिशन पर चर्चा करेंगे। श्री बघेल शाम 05:30 बजे से रात्रि 08:30 बजे तक एन.ए.एच.ए. कम्यूनिटी के साथ चर्चा में शामिल होंगे। अगले दिन मुख्यमंत्री 18 फरवरी को न्यूयार्क स्थित सेंटर दूतावास में दोपहर 12:30 बजे बिजनेस और इनवेस्टमेंट राउंड टेबल में शामिल होंगे। अगले दिन 19 फरवरी को रात्रि 11:00 बजे वे नवाार्क से रवाना होकर 20 फरवरी को दुबई होते हुये 21 फरवरी को सुबह 02:40 बजे नई दिल्ली पहुँचेंगे।
