बिलासपुर । सक्षम का एक दिवसीय जिला अधिवेशन गरिमामयी वातावरण में संपन्न हुआ, उद्घाटन अवसर पर डॉ प्रशांत द्विवेदी जिला अध्यक्ष सक्षम , प्रदीप देशपांडे , विभाग संघचालक राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, डॉ शंकर यादव, डॉ मनीष अग्रवाल मंचासीन रहे,, कार्यक्रम के प्रारंभ में अतिथियों ने सूरदास एवं भारत माता के चित्र पर दीप प्रज्वलन किया,, प्रथम सत्र की शुरुआत नेत्रहीन रमाकांत सिंह चंदेल जी द्वारा सक्षम गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। प्रथम सत्र में प्रांत सचिव अनूप पांडे द्वारा अतिथि परिचय एवं सक्षम का संक्षिप्त परिचय दिया गया। मंच संचालन निर्मल घोष द्वारा किया गया। डॉ मनीष अग्रवाल ने हीमोफीलिया थैलेसीमिया तथा सिकल सेल के संबंध में जानकारी दिए, डॉ प्रशांत द्विवेदी द्वारा सड़क दुर्घटना से होने वाली दिव्यांगता पर अपने विचार प्रकट किए, प्रदीप देशपांडे ने एक अच्छा कार्यकर्ता होने के लिए सक्षम के कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रेरित किया, प्रथम सत्र का आभार प्रदर्शन रेखा गुल्ला द्वारा किया गया। दूसरे सत्र का संचालन श्रीमती विनीता राव द्वारा किया गया।
राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के प्रांत संघचालक माननीय डॉक्टर पूर्णेन्दु सक्सैना, बिलासपुर विधायक शैलेश पांडे, स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ,डॉक्टर नम्रता सिंह, डॉ के के साव, तथा स्पीच थैरेपिस्ट डॉक्टर गुंजन अग्रवाल ने अपने विचार व्यक्त किए, डॉक्टर पूर्णेन्दु सक्सैना ने सक्षम के द्वारा किए जा रहे विभिन्न प्रकार के सेवा कार्यो का उल्लेख किया, विधायक शैलेश पांडे जी ने कहा कि मैं सक्षम के कार्यों से अत्यंत प्रभावित हूं जहां-जहां भी सक्षम का कार्यक्रम होगा मैं अवश्य आऊंगा,, जागरूक मां स्वस्थ शिशु, महिला आयाम द्वारा निर्धारित विषय पर अपने विचार रखते हुए डॉ नम्रता सिंह स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ ने कहा कि आध्यात्मिक एवं मानसिक रूप से तथा शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ मां द्वारा ही स्वस्थ शिशु पैदा होता है ,इसलिए गर्भवती माता को अपने विचार ,आचार ,व्यवहार, तथा खानपान शुद्ध रखना चाहिए। तीसरे सत्र का संचालन विद्या साहू किया गया। इस सत्र में डॉक्टर गुंजन अग्रवाल ने शिशु में बोलने की समस्या पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए,, समापन अवसर पर डॉ विनोद तिवारी अस्थि रोग विशेषज्ञ, डॉ संदीप तिवारी नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ, भुवन वर्मा संयोजक हरिहर ऑक्सीजोन तथा समाज सेविका ममता मिश्रा ने अपने अपने वक्तव्य में सक्षम के द्वारा दिव्यांगों को दिए जा रहे सेवाओं का उल्लेख किया।
समाज कल्याण विभाग से अजय ध्रुव ने समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित दिव्यांगों के हितार्थ विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी दी, इसके बाद सत्य साईं हेल्प वे विद्यालय के मुख बधिर बच्चों द्वारा मनमोहक नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया गया एवं नेत्रहीन पूजा सूर्यवंशी और पृथ्वीराज सूर्यवंशी द्वारा मनमोहक संगीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। दूसरे और तीसरे सत्र का आभार प्रदर्शन श्रीमती शेफाली घोष द्वारा किया गया। भुवन वर्मा पत्रकार को सामाजिक सेवा एवं पर्यावरण पर्यावरण सुरक्षा के लिए सम्मानित किया गया तत्पश्चात श्रीमती अंकिता पांडे एवं सुश्री सीमा वर्मा का उत्कृष्ट सामाजिक सेवा के लिए अभिनंदन किया गया, प्रेमचंद कुंभज, हेमंत साहू श्रीमती रेखा गुल्ला डॉक्टर भूमिका साहू के मरणोपरांत नेत्रदान संकल्प करने पर उन्हें सम्मानित किया गया।
