बिलासपुर । अंतरराष्ट्रीय दिव्यांग दिवस का आयोजन आज तिफरा शासकीय दृष्टि एवं श्रवण बाधित विद्यालय में आयोजित किया गया था । जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि संसदीय सचिव श्रीमति रश्मी सिंह विधायक शैलेश पांडेय जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष अरुण चौहान योग आयोग अध्यक्ष ज्ञानेश शर्मा छत्तीसगढ योग आयोग सदस्य रविंद्र सिंह प्रदेश सचिव आशीष सिंह जिला पंचायत सी ओ श्रीमति जयश्री जैन आदि उपस्थित हुए । स्वागत भाषण श्रीमती श्रद्धा एम मैथ्यू संयुक्त संचालक कल्याण विभाग द्वारा दिव्यांगों के लिए यह संचालित संस्था एवं सामाजिक योजना के संबंध में जानकारी प्रस्तुत किया गया । कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि रश्मि आशीष सिंह व विधायक शैलेश पांडे ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि दिव्यांगों को समाज कल्याण विभाग की सभी योजनाओं में अंतिम छोर तक लाभ दिया जाए । छत्तीसगढ़ योग आयोग अध्यक्ष ज्ञानेश शर्मा जी ने समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा आयोजित भव्य कार्यक्रम एवं दिव्यांगों के सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम की प्रस्तुति करण पर बधाई दी ।
इस कार्यक्रम के अतिथि अरुण सिंह चौहान अध्यक्ष जिला पंचायत एवं रविंद्र सिंह सदस्य छत्तीसगढ़ योग आयोग के द्वारा दिव्यांगों के इस दिवस पर अपने विचार रखते हुए कहा की एक तरफ ईश्वर ने इन बच्चो का देखने व सुनने की जहाॅ शक्ति छिन लिए है। वही आज इनके द्वारा खेलकूद व सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम मे बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर हम सभी को अपना लोहा मनवाये विवश कर दिये है । ईश्वर की कृपा से ही इन दिव्यांग बच्चे समान्य बच्चो से भी बढ कर खेलकूद व अन्य क्षेत्र मे अपनी अमिट छाप छोङ पा रहे है । छत्तीसगढ शासन द्वारा दिव्यांगो के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर155326 जारी किया जा रहा है । इसका हम सभी प्रचार प्रसार करे जो प्रकरण विभाग मे आये । उस समस्याॅ का शिघ्र निराकरण करें । कार्यक्रम के अंत में सांस्कृतिक एवं खेलकूद श्रवण बाधित बच्चो को पुरस्कार वितरण 2 स्मार्टफोन दो स्मार्ट ट्रेन दो डी जे प्लेयर दो बैसाखी दो श्रवण यंत्र दिव्यांगों को प्रदान किया गया ।
