रायपुर । नवा रायपुर स्थित अपेक्स बैक मुख्यालय में अपेक्स बैंक के अध्यक्ष एवं केबिनेट मंत्री दर्जा, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन बैजनाथ चन्द्राकर ने आज दिनाँक 29.08.2022 को कृषि ऋण नीति मार्गदर्शका का विमोचन किए। इस अवसर पर नाबार्ड के महाप्रबंधक सुरेन्द्र बाबू, अपर पंजीयक हितेश दोशी,नाबार्ड डीजीएम श्रीमति शैली मेडम, अपेक्स बैंक के प्रबंध संचालक के एन कांडे, ओसडी अविनाश श्रीवास्तव, एजीएम एल के चौधरी उपस्थित रहे। अपेक्स बैंक के अध्यक्ष बैजनाथ चन्द्राकर ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ के किसान हितैषी मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की सरकार लगातार किसानों के हितों पर काम कर रही है। सहकारिता के जरिये रिकार्ड मात्रा में धान खरीदी, राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना , गोधन न्याय योजना व ब्याज रहित कृषि ऋणों का परिचालन पूर्ण पारदर्शिता व कोर बैंकिंग सुविधा अपनाते हुए नियमानुसार किसानों व हितग्राहियो के बैंक अकाउंट में राशि का त्वरित अंतरण किया जा रहा है। अपेक्स बैंक की कृषि ऋण नीति में किसानों की खरीफ व रबी फसलों के ऋणमान तय किया गया है। किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड अंतर्गत नगद व वस्तु ऋण की साख सीमा निर्धारित किया गया है। एग्रीकल्चर अलाइड एक्टिविटीज़ जैसे उद्यनिकी, मत्स्य व डेयरी हेतु ऋण स्वीकृति के लिए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किया गया है। किसानों के फसलों के साख सीमा (एन सी एल) की पात्रतानुसार निर्धारण व स्वीकृति के लिए यह ऋण नीति सहकारी समितियों तथा सहकारी बैंको के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के लिए मार्गदर्शी है और वह अधिक कार्य-कौशलता से काम करेंगे। अपेक्स बैंक की इस कृषि ऋण नीति में कृषि विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, पंजीयक सहकारी संस्थाएं, छत्तीसगढ़ तथा नाबार्ड के दिशा-निर्देशो व मापदंडों का पूर्णतः पालन किया गया है।
