छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. चरणदास महंत 12 से 15 जनवरी तक जांजगीर-चांपा, कोरिया एवं कोरबा जिले के प्रवास पर रहेंगे तथा विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होंगे। डॉ. महंत रायपुर से सड़क मार्ग होते हुए 12 जनवरी की शाम 6 बजे चाम्पा के लिए प्रस्थान करेंगे। 13 जनवरी को प्रात: 11.30 बजे पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम जांजगीर में 31वां सड़क सुरक्षा सप्ताह वर्ष 2020 के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित होंगे। हरीराम गट्टानी मेमोरियल, जय भारत स्कूल जांजगीर में पुस्तक विमोचन एवं पुरस्कार वितरण कार्यक्रम में 12 बजे शिरकत करेंगे। दोपहर 1 बजे नगर पालिका परिषद जांजगीर-नैला के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष के शपथ समारोह हाईस्कूल मैदान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे। दोपहर 2.20 बजे जांजगीर से मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के साथ प्रस्थान कर 3 बजे चिरमिरी पहुंचेंगे एवं नगर पालिक निगम के नवनिर्वाचित महापौर, सभापति एवं पार्षदों के शपथ समारोह नगर पालिक निगम कार्यालय परिसर, चिरमिरी में शामिल होंगे। शाम 4 बजे कोरिया से रायपुर के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल के साथ रवाना होंगे। 14 जनवरी को प्रात: 11.15 बजे पुलिस ग्राउंड रायपुर से मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल के साथ कोरबा के लिए रवाना होंगे एवं दोपहर 12 बजे से राजीव गांधी ऑडिटोरियम, प्रियदर्शनी इंदिरा स्टेडियम परिसर में महापौर व सभापति के शपथ समारोह में शामिल होकर दोपहर 1 बजे रायपुर के लिए रवाना होंगे।
शाम 4 बजे साइंस कॉलेज ग्राउंड रायपुर में राज्य स्तरीय युवा महोत्सव के समापन समारोह में सम्मिलित होकर शाम 6 बजे सड़क मार्ग से चाम्पा के लिए प्रस्थान करेंगे। 15 जनवरी को प्रात: 10.30 बजे नगर पंचायत सारागांव के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष के कार्यभार ग्रहण समारोह, 11.15 बजे नगर पंचायत बाराद्वार, दोपहर 12.30 बजे नगर पालिका परिषद सक्ती एवं दोपहर 3 बजे नगर पालिका परिषद चाम्पा के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष के कार्यभार ग्रहण समारोह में शामिल होने उपरांत शाम 4.50 बजे चाम्पा से रायपुर के लिए रेल मार्ग से रवाना होंगे।
