एयर इंडिया बंद हो सकती है छह महीने में, 60 हजार करोड़ की है देनदारी, पायलट हड़ताल की राह पर

सरकारी विमानन कंपनी एयर इंडिया का अगर अगले छह महीने में खरीददार नहीं मिला तो इस पर गंभीर खतरे मंडरा सकते हैं। एयर इंडिया 60 हजार करोड़ के कर्ज में डूबी हुई है। अफसरों का कहना है, अगर छह महीने में सौदा नहीं हुआ तो अगले साल जून तक एयर इंडिया बंद हो सकती है।विमानन कंपनी के भविष्य को लेकर अनिश्चितता के बीच अधिकारी ने कहा कि 12 छोटे (नैरो बॉडी) विमानों का परिचालन फिर से शुरू करने के लिए भी धनराशि की जरूरत है। विमानन कंपनी पर इस समय 60 हजार करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज है और सरकार अभी तक इसको बेचने की प्रक्रिया पर काम कर रही है।अधिकारी ने आगाह करते हुए कहा कि अगर अगले साल जून तक एयर इंडिया के लिए कोई खरीदार नहीं मिला तो उसका हाल भी जेट एयरवेज जैसा हो सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि निजीकरण की योजना के बीच सरकार के कर्ज में डूबी एयर इंडिया में पैसा लगाने से इनकार करने के साथ अब कंपनी फिलहाल किसी तरह से परिचालन जारी रखे हुए है, जो लंबे समय तक संभव नहीं है।
सरकार के मुताबिक, वित्त वर्ष 2011-12 से इस साल दिसंबर तक सरकार एयर इंडिया में 30,520.21 करोड़ रुपये लगा चुकी है। 2012 में यूपीए सरकार की कंपनी के लिए टर्नअराउंड योजना के तहत उसे 30 हजार करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता भी मिली थी।एयर इंडिया को सबसे पहले जेआरडी टाटा ने 1932 में टाटा एयरलाइंस के नाम से लॉन्च किया था। 1946 में इसका नाम बदल कर के एयर इंडिया कर दिया गया और 1953 में सरकार ने इसको टाटा से खरीद लिया था। तब से लेकर के सन 2000 तक यह सरकारी एयरलाइन मुनाफे में चलती रही। 2001 में सबसे पहले कंपनी को 57 करोड़ रुपये का घाटा हुआ था। तब विमानन मंत्रालय ने तत्कालीन प्रबंध निदेशक माइकल मास्केयरनहास को दोषी मानते हुए पद से हटा दिया था।2007 में तब केंद्र सरकार ने एयर इंडिया में इंडियन एयरलाइंस का विलय किया था। दोनों कंपनियों का विलय के वक्त संयुक्त घाटा 770 करोड़ रुपये था, जो विलय के बाद बढ़कर के 7200 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। सरकार ने एसबीआई को रिकवरी के लिए अधिकृत किया था। एयर इंडिया ने घाटे की भरपाई के लिए अपने तीन एयरबस 300 और एक बोइंग 747-300 को 2009 में बेच दिया था। इसके बाद मार्च 2011 में कंपनी का कर्ज बढ़कर के 42600 करोड़ रुपये और परिचालन घाटा 22000 करोड़ रुपये का हुआ था।करीब 60 हजार करोड़ के कर्ज में दबी एयर इंडिया को वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 में 8,400 करोड़ रुपये का जबरदस्त घाटा हुआ है। एयर इंडिया को ज्यादा ऑपरेटिंग कॉस्ट और विदेशी मुद्रा में घाटे के चलते भारी नुकसान का सामना करना पड़ा है। इन हालातों में एयर इंडिया तेल कंपनियों को ईंधन का बकाया नहीं दे पा रही है। हाल ही में तेल कंपनियों ने ईंधन सप्लाई रोकने की भी धमकी दी थी। लेकिन फिर सरकार के हस्तक्षेप से ईंधन की सप्लाई को दोबारा शुरू कर दिया गया था। केंद्र सरकार, एयर इंडिया में अपनी 100 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी को बेचने जा रही है।तीन सालों के दौरान एयर इंडिया का घाटा सबसे शीर्ष पर रहा। कंपनी की नेटवर्थ माइनस में 24,893 करोड़ रुपये रही, वहीं नुकसान 53,914 करोड़ रुपये का रहा। भारी उद्योग मंत्री अरविंद गणपत सावंत ने कहा कि पीएसयू विभाग ने रिवाइवल और रिस्ट्रक्चरिंग पर जोर दिया है। सरकार अपनी तरफ से ऐसी कंपनियों में फिर से पैसा कमाने के नए तरीकों पर काम कर रही है।
