▪सड़क खराब होने के अलावा खेतों और पर्यावरण पर भी पड़ रहा दुष्प्रभाव
▪लैंको प्रबंधन की उदासीनता से अब ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में भी उड़ रही राख
कोरबा । विद्युत संयंत्र प्रबंधनों की लापरवाही और अपशिष्टों का उचित निपटान की निगरानी में बरती जा रही उदासीनता के कारण अब ग्रामीण अंचल भी राख प्रदूषण की मार झेलने के लिए विवश हो रहे हैं। जिले के कोरबा-चांपा मार्ग पर ग्राम पताढ़ी में संचालित लैंकों अमरकंटक पावर प्लांट से उत्सर्जित होने वाली राख का निस्तार राखड़ बांध में कराने की बजाय इधर-उधर फेकवाई जा रही है। इस कार्य का जिम्मा जिसे भी प्राप्त हुआ है, उसके द्वारा किया गया घोर लापरवाही की जा रही है। बताया जा रहा है कि लैंकों प्लांट की राख को चांपा मार्ग के अलावा ग्राम कनकी, ग्राम कुदुरमाल में सड़क किनारे डम्प कर दिया जा रहा है जबकि राख कहीं पर भी नहीं फेंकी जा सकती।
किसी को गड्ढा भराने या अन्य वजह से भी यदि राख डम्प कराने के लिए आवश्यक अनुमति नहीं ली गई है जबकि कलेक्टर एवं खनिज विभाग से अनुमति के साथ-साथ ग्राम पंचायत से भी एनओसी लेना होता है। करीब एक माह से चाम्पा मार्ग, कनकी, कुदुरमाल आदि गांवों में सड़क किनारे राख बड़े पैमाने पर फेंकवा कर उसे जेसीबी के जरिये लेबलिंग करा दिया जा रहा है। लैंकों प्रबंधन की शह पर गांवों में प्रदूषण को बढ़ाया जा रहा है। राख की वजह से सड़कें प्रभावित हो रही है वहीं सम्बंधित गांव में वायु, जल प्रदूषण के साथ खेत भी राख के दुष्प्रभाव से खराब हो रहे हैं। ग्रामवासियों में इसे लेकर काफी आक्रोश व्याप्त है और इस तरह इधर-उधर राख नहीं फेंकने तथा फेंकवाई गई राख को उठवाने की मांग की जा रही है।
