रायपुर– प्रदेश में त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव की घोषणा हो गई है, चुनाव घोषणा होते ही पूरे राज्य में आचार संहिता लागू हो गई है। पंचायत चुनाव 3 चरणों में होंगे।
30 दिसम्बर को जारी होगी अधिसूचना
पंचायत चुनाव के लिए 30 दिसम्बर को अधिसूचना जारी होगी, 28, 31जनवरी और 3 फरवरी को तीन चरणों मे मतदान होगा। काउंटिंग उसी दिन और उसके अगले दिन होगी। राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के मुताबिक 30 दिसंबर को नामांकन दाखिल किए जाएंगे, 30 दिसंबर को ही मतदान केंद्रों की सूची और आरक्षण की स्थिति का प्रकाशन होगा। 6 जनवरी दोपहर 3 बजे तक नामांकन दाखिल किए जा सकेंगे। 7 जनवरी को संवीक्षा होगी, आरओ को संवीक्षा का अधिकार होगा। 9 जनवरी दोपहर 3 बजे तक नाम वापस लिए जा सकेंगे। 9 जनवरी को ही सभी अभ्यर्थियों को चुनाव चिन्ह बांटे जाएंगे।
तीन चरणों में होगा मतदान
मतदान 3 चरणों में होगा। पहला चरण 28 जनवरी, दूसरा चरण 31 जनवरी और तीसरा चरण 3 फरवरी को होगा। सामान्य क्षेत्रों में सुबह 7 बजे से 3 बजे तक और संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में सुबह 6:45 से 2 बजे तक मतदान होगा। मतदान होने के बाद मतगणना होगी। निर्वाचन की घोषणा रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर करेगा। एक व्यक्ति पंच, सरपंच, जनपद और जिला पंचायत सदस्य के लिए मतदान कर सकेंगे। पंच के लिए 50, सरपंच के लिए 1000 रुपए धरोहर राशि होगी।
पंचायत चुनाव का कार्यक्रम
प्रदेश में 11664 सरपंच पदों के लिए पंचायतों में चुनाव होंगे. एक लाख साठ हजार 725 पंच पदों के लिए चुनाव होगा, जिसमें 1 करोड़ 44 लाख 68 हजार 763 मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगे। अभ्यर्थियों का साक्षर होना आवश्यक होगा, प्रत्याशियों के व्यय की सीमा नहीं होगी, और चुनाव ग़ैरदलीय पद्धति से होगा।
