तिल्दा । तिल्दा सिमगा मुख्य मार्ग के पास तिल्दा का देशी -विदेशी दारु भट्टी लोगों के लिए परेशानी के सबब बनते जा रहा है। शाम होते ही मुख्य मार्ग पर मदिरा प्रेमी लोगों का आवाजाही तेजी से बढ़ जाती है । वहीं तेज गति से चलने वाली हाईवा एवं ट्रकों से समय-बेसमय पर लोग मौत का शिकार भी हो रहे हैं । प्रिंट रेट से 50₹ से 100₹ तक अत्यधिक दर पर शराब की बिक्री तिल्दा भट्टी के लिए आम बात है । आए दिन लोगों से विवाद इस पर होती ही रहती है । खेत खलिहान के पास अवैध रूप से संचालित करीब 15 चखना दुकान जहां पर्यावरण को काफी नुकसान पहुंचा रही है ।वही भूमि को बंजर बनाती जा रही है ,क्षेत्र में फैले हुए पन्नी आसपास में उड़ते डिस्पोजल और पानी पाउच के पन्नी नजदीकी खेतों में हवा के माध्यम से उड़ कर जा रही हैं। जो पर्यावरण के लिए काफी नुकसान दे भी रही है ,साथ ही कृषक भाई के खेत को बंजर बनाती जा रही है ।
भट्टी के आसपास का पूरा खेत व मैदान परिसर पन्नी और पाउच की खाली रैपर से पटी हुई है ।जिधर भी नजर दौड़ाई उधर आप डिस्पोजल व पानी की पाउच देखेंगे ।वही चखना दुकान में मनमाने कीमत से लोगों को मजबूरी में समान खरीदनी पड़ती है । ठंडे पानी के पाउच के पैकेट 10₹ से 15₹ तक वसूल लिए जाते हैं । गुणवत्ता विहीन खानपान की समान धड़ल्ले से तिगुने दर पर बेची जाती हैं ।हादसे को आमंत्रित करती है और पर्यावरण को बिगड़ती तिल्दा का देशी- विदेशी शराब दुकान शासन के नाक के नीचे अपनी मनमानी चला रही है ।नेवरा थाना भी अपना हिस्सा पाकर आँख कान बंद खाना पूर्ति कर मदमस्त है । अंचल के जनप्रतिनिधियों को भी इस अव्यवस्था के आलम का ध्यान नहीं है ।
ज्ञात हो कि शासन के नए आबकारी अधिनियम 2019 के तहत सार्वजनिक स्थल पर शराब पीने को अपराध की श्रेणी में शामिल किया गया है। जिसके लिए आबकारी एक्ट में संशोधन किया गया है ,शहर की शराब दुकानों के आसपास के अलावा मुख्य मार्ग और अन्य सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर खुलेआम शराब खोरी यहां तिल्दा में धड़ल्ले से देखी जा सकती है ,शाम होते ही पूरे कैंपस मेला का नजारा रहता है लोग 8-10 के समूह में बैठकर अवैध तरीके से सेवन करते दिख जाते हैं । पुलिस के साथ आबकारी विभाग भी इसकी खुली छूट दे रखी है। वही इनके प्रेम से शक को पैदा करती है ।
नए आबकारी एक्ट के अनुसार खुले व सार्वजनिक स्थान पर शराब पीते या पिलाते पाए जाने पर धारा 36 के तहत कार्यवाही का प्रावधान है। वही धारा 36 के तहत कार्यवाही होने पर आरोपी को कोर्ट में पेश करना पड़ता है । आबकारी विभाग आरोपियों के नाम पता दर्ज करने के बाद उसे शराब व डिस्पोजल ग्लास जप्त करती है । इसके बाद कोर्ट में प्रकरण प्रस्तुत करती है ,वहीं पुलिस सार्वजनिक स्थल पर शराब पीने या पिलाने किसी व्यक्ति को पकड़ते हैं तो भी उसके खिलाफ धारा 36 के तहत अपराध दर्ज करने के बाद जमानतदार नहीं होने पर गिरफ्तार कर कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत करती है ।लेकिन नेवरा तिल्दा थाना क्षेत्र में ऐसा कभी नहीं होता ऐसी भी भट्टी और थाना का चोली दामन का रिश्ता जो होता है । ये तिल्दा भठ्ठी के शाम 7 से 8 बजे की लाइव रपट है। जो प्रति दिन देखी जा सकती है।
