अल्मोड़ा – देश की सबसे बड़ी राजनैतिक पार्टी कांग्रेस का कोई बड़ा नेता उत्तराखंड नहीं आया , यहां केवल दो-भाई बहन घूम रहे हैं। जिसका कारण यह है कि उन्हें कांग्रेस को नहीं बल्कि अपने परिवार को बचाना है। उनकी पार्टी के लोग आपके पास नहीं आ रहे हैं तो आपका भला कैसे कर सकते हैं। कांग्रेस के पास क्या बचा है, जो आपके काम आये। इसलिये इनके पास जाकर क्या मिलेगा ? उत्तराखंड आस्था की धरती है यह आडंबर को स्वीकार नहीं करेगी , यहां कांग्रेस का झूठ – पाखंड फलीभूत नहीं होगा।
उक्त बातें प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा स्टेडियम अल्मोड़ा में विजय संकल्प जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुये कही। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में हमने सत्तर सालों तक देखा है कि पहाड़ का पानी और जवानी कभी पहाड़ के काम नहीं आयी , लेकिन अब वह विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि पहाड़ का पानी और पहाड़ की जवानी पहाड़ के काम आयेगी। पीएम ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के लिये इस चुनाव का एक और महत्व है। तय करना है कि इतने सालों तक प्रदेश के नौजवानों में यही चर्चा होती थी कि रोजी रोटी के लिये जायें तो कहां जायें ? सत्तर साल तक पुरानी सरकार के जमाने में पलायन ही मुख्य मुद्दा रहा। यह चुनाव पलायन को पलटने वाला और पर्यटन को बढ़ाने वाला चुनाव है। उन्होंने जनता से पूछा कि चुनाव में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने वाले चाहिये या खत्म करने वाले चाहिये। उन्होंने कहा कि पुरानी मानसिकता ने दशकों तक उत्तराखंड में पलायन के हालात पैदा किये। पहाड़ के संसाधनों का शोषण करते रहे। कांग्रेस ने पलायन के हालात पैदा किये। पहाड़ के संसाधनों का शोषण करते रहे। कांग्रेस के लोगों को उत्तराखंड से ज्यादा चिंता दिल्ली दरबार की रहती है। काली कमाई होते रहे , दरबार में पहुंचती रहे और दरबार की कृपा आती रहे। पीएम ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के नौजवानों की स्पेशल ट्रेनिंग सैन्य भर्ती के लिये दी जायेगी , प्रदेश में सैकड़ों नये सैनिक स्कूल बनाये जायेंगे जो देश के नौजवानों के लिये एक बहुत बड़ा काम होगा और गांवों से पलायन रूकेगा। मोदी ने कहा कि कुमाऊं को मंदिरों का स्थान कहा गया है। यहां की खूबसूरती , प्राकृतिक आभा , किसी दैवी आशीर्वाद से कम नहीं है। कटारमल सूर्य मंदिर ही लीजिये तो यह उड़ीसा के कोर्णाक सूर्य मंदिर की तहर यहां भी देश – विदेश से पर्यटक आते हैं। कटारमल में योजना के तहत काफी काम हुआ है , डबल इंजन की सरकार बनने के बाद और सुधार होगा , देश-विदेश के पर्यटक यहां आयेंगे। पीएम मोदी ने आगे कहा भाजपा की सरकार पूरी ताकत से स्थिति बदलने का काम कर रही है। कांग्रेस के समय में पहाड़ के जल स्रोत सूखे थे। हम जामरानी बांध का काम जल्द शुरू करने वाले हैं , जल जीवन मिशन के तहत जिससे गांव-गांव पानी पहुंचेगी। उत्तराखंड में आठ लाख घरों में पानी का कनेक्शन दिया जा चुका है , जहां नल से पानी आ रहा है। देश के गांव-गांव पानी का कनेक्शन पहुंचाया जा रहा है , साठ हजार करोड़ रूपया इसके लिये खर्च किया जायेगा ताकि माता-बहनों को पानी लाने से कष्ट से मुक्ति मिले। धामी की सरकार दोबारा बनने के बाद जल्द से जल्द उत्तराखंड के हर घर को नल से जल योजना से जोड़ दिया जायेगा। फिर किसी मां-बहन को पानी के लिये भटकना नहीं पडेगा। आपका मोदी दा विश्वास दे रहा है। जल स्रोतों को बचाने व पर्यावरण के लिये कई मोर्चों पर काम चल रहा है। कितनी पंपिंग योजनायें दशकों से लटकी थी , जिसे वर्ष 2017 के बाद हमारी राज्य सरकार ने धरातल पर उतारा है। उन्होंने कहा केंद्र ने 80 लाख नये पक्के घर बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा है , गरीबों को पक्के घर दिये जायेंगे। जिसको भी आज तक नहीं मिला है उसे दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले की सरकार में नेता – बिचौलिया आता था जो मकान के बदले में रिश्वत मांगते थे। पर अब उन्हें रिश्वत नहीं सिर्फ आशीर्वाद दीजियेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता जान ले कि उनकी आंखों के सामने एक नई अनेक रेले आयेंगीं। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की सरकार ने हमेशा रोड़ा अटकाने का ही काम किया है। एक रैंक – एक पेंशन पर कांग्रेस ने रोड़ा अटकाया , सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक पर सवाल उठाये , सैनिकों का अपमान किया। ये वे लोग हैं, जिन्होंने अपनी सियासत के लिये दशकों तक उत्तराखंड राज्य का सपना पूरा नहीं होने दिया। जब केंद्र में अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की सरकार बनी तब यह राज्य अस्तित्व में आया। अब तो देश में यूनिवर्सिटी के नाम पर भी कांग्रेस जहर घोलने का काम कर रही है। पीएम ने कहा कि विरोधियों ने हमेशा कुमाऊं और गढ़वाल की लड़ाई कराने की कोशिश की ताकि ये दोनों जगह को लूट सकें। उन्होंने कहा डबल इंडन की सरकार ने दोनों जगह के लिये डबल काम करने की कोशिश की है। हमारे लिये पूरा उत्तराखंड देवभूमि है , हमें इस देवभूमि की पवित्रता को नष्ट नहीं होने देना है।
पीएम ने कहा कि हमने इस बार के बजट में उत्तराखंड का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुये एक योजना बनायी है , पवर्तमाला परियोजना। हिंदुस्तान में पहली बार पवर्तमाला परियोजना की कल्पना आयी है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ‘सबका साथ , सबका विकास , सबका विश्वास और सबका प्रयास’ का संकल्प लेकर काम कर रही है। लेकिन हमारा विरोध करने वालों का फॉर्मूला है- ‘सबमें डालो फूट , मिलकर करो लूट’! पूरे देश में कांग्रेस की नीति रही है- सबमें डालो फूट , मिलकर करो लूट’। लटकाने वाले और भटकाने वाले लोग बड़े-बड़े वायदे कर रहे हैं , लेकिन बाबा नीम करोली के आशीर्वाद से जनता इनकी सच्चाई समझते हैं। आपका “मोदी दा” यह विश्वास दिलाता है कि वे माताओं , बहनों और युवा वर्ग के साथ हर वक्त खड़े रहेंगे। मोदी ने अपने भाषण का अंत जय गोलू जू महाराज के उद्घोष के साथ किया।
गौरतलब है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी आज अपने उत्तराखंड दौरे के मद्देनजर कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच आर्मी हैलीपेड में उतरने के बाद कार्यक्रम स्थल हेमवती नंदन बहुगणा स्टेडियम पहुंचे। सासंद अजय टम्टा द्वारा पुष्पगुच्छ देकर , जिलाध्यक्ष रवि रौतेला द्वारा टोपी पहनाकर , लॉकेट चटर्जी द्वारा शॉल ओढ़ाकर तथा सभी प्रत्याशियों द्वारा स्मृति चिन्ह देकर उनका स्वागत किया गया। यहां स्थानीय स्टेडियम में उन्होंने विशाल जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुये बगैर नाम लिये सिर्फ दो भाई बहन के घूमने की बात कहकर कांग्रेस सरकार पर जमकर निशाना साधा।
