शैलेश पांडेय विधानसभा में रखी अरपा जीवन दायनीय पर मांग, अरपा में बनेंगे दो बड़े बैराज, अब बहेगी बारहमासी कलकल करती

बिलासपुर- अरपा नदी में संरक्षण संवर्धन और सौंदर्यीकरण की बिलासपुर विधायक शैलेश पांडे की मांग पर जल संसाधन मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे ने दो बड़े बैराज निर्माण की विधानसभा में विधिवत घोषणा कर दी। विधानसभा चुनावों के दौरान कांग्रेस के घोषणा पत्र में शामिल किए जाने के बाद नगर विधायक शैलेश पांडेय इसकी मांग की थी। सदन में शैलेश पांडे की मांग पर जल संसाधन मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे ने अरपा नदी पर दो बड़े बैराज बनाए जाने की घोषणा कर दी है। जिससे कि बिलासपुर की आरपा नदी में 12 माह पानी रहेगा, और अरपा नदी के गिरते जल स्तर को रोका जा सकेगा।
शैलेश पांडे के सदन में सवाल पर जल संसाधन मंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि अरिहर नदी से खुटाघाट को जोड़ने की परियोजना पर केंद्र सरकार के अनुमोदन के बाद कार्य शुरू किया जाएगा इसकी सभी तैयारियां पूर्ण की जा चुकी हैं। बिलासपुर शहर में बहने वाली अंत: सलिला आरपा नदी में 12 महीने शहर के लोगों को पानी मिल सकेगा। इसके लिए जल संसाधन मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे ने आज विधानसभा में विधिवत घोषणा कर दी है। नगर विधायक शैलेश पांडे की मांग पर मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल से इस की घोषणा की मांग की थी। आज विधानसभा में शैलेश पांडे की मांग पर जल संसाधन मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे ने बिलासपुर शहर को बड़ी सौगात देते हुए अरपा नदी पर दो बड़े बैराज बनाने की घोषणा की है।
इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए नगर विधायक शैलेश पांडेय ने बताया पिछले 15 सालों में शहर के लोगों को टेम्स और साबरमती की तरह बनाने का नदी का सपना दिखा कर ठगा गया है, और इन 15 सालों से बिलासपुर की जनता पानी के लिए तरस रही थी, अरपा नदी का जलस्तर तेजी से नीचे गिर गया है और इस अरपा नदी को संरक्षित संवर्धित और इसके सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए कोई भी प्रयास नहीं किया गया था। बीते 15 सालों से भाजपा की सरकार ने बिलासपुर के लोगों को ठगा है , और अरपा लगातार सूखती जा रही थी, लेकिन कांग्रेस ने एनीकट और बैराज निर्माण को अपने घोषणा पत्र में प्राथमिकता से रखा था । सरकार बनने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री ने बिलासपुर आगमन पर इसकी घोषणा भी की थी । आज जल संसाधन मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे ने विधानसभा में दो बड़े बैराज निर्माण की घोषणा कर दी है। जल्द ही चयनित स्थानों पर दो बड़े बैराज निर्माण किए जाएंगे जिससे अरपा के पानी को रोका जा सकेगा और आज की सूखी अरपा में अब 12 महीने पानी रहेगा जिससे बिलासपुर शहर के लोगों की पानी की समस्या दूर हो जाएगी। इसी तरह अहिरन नदी को खुटाघाट से जोड़ने के लिए भी हमने मांग की थी जिस पर जल संसाधन मंत्री रविंद्र चौबे ने बताया कि इस परियोजना में लगभग 7 हज़ार करोड़ रुपए की परियोजना तैयार की गई है। केंद्र शासन से अनुमोदन मिलने के बाद यह भी कार्य जल्दी शुरू किया जाएगा। शैलेश पांडे ने बिलासपुर की जनता की ओर से सभी का आभार जताया है।
