छत्तीसगढ़ के लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योगपतियों के प्रेरक और बिलासपुर में हर साल आयोजित होने वाले राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेले के बीते 20 बरस से संयोजक रहे हरीश केडिया ने किसी वजह से हर वर्ष जनवरी माह में आयोजित होने वाले इस आयोजन से अपने आपको पृथक कर लिया है। इससे मेले का आयोजन ही खटाई में पड़ता दिखाई दे रहा है। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार प्राण चड्डा ने इस विषय पर अपनी राय रखी है।
आदमी अपनी फितरत नहीं बदल सकता, यह उसका मौलिक स्वभाव बन जाती है। बिलासपुर में हर साल जनवरी में आयोजित किये जाने वाले राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला के सूत्रधार हरीश केडिया के इस बार हाथ खींच लेने से यह मेला इस बार आयोजित होगा या नहीं, यह मसला ऊहापोह में पड़ गया है। यह मेला बिलासपुर की पहचान बन गया है। पांच दिनों तक व्यापार विहार इस मेले से गुलजार रहता है। करोड़ों की खरीद फरोख्त होती है। मनोरंजन के विविध स्टाल लगते, प्रतिभाओं को पुरस्कृत किया जाता है। इसकी तैयारियों में उद्योग संघ के सदर हरीश केडिया इन दिनों से सक्रिय हो जाते थे, पर इस बार ऐसा नहीं हो रहा है।
बात उन दिनों की है, जब स्व. लखीराम अग्रवाल मध्यप्रदेश भाजपा के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष थे। उनसे मिलने और किसी नई खबर के चाहत में बिलासपुर में निवास गया था। उनके पैर में सूजन थी और डंडा ले चल बमुश्किल चल पाते थे। मुझसे उन्होंने कहा- भोपाल में प्रदेश भाजपा की चुनावी बैठक है,और उनके पुत्र अमर अग्रवाल सहित घर के सब लोग चोट के कारण शामिल होने जाने नहीं दे रहे। मैंने उनकी इस पीड़ा को समझा। मैंने कहा- जाने का मन है तो जाना चाहिए। उन्हें कहा कि जैसे रामबाबू सन्थोलिया शहरी विकास की योजनाओं व बड़े आयोजनों बिना नहीं रह सकते, हरीश केडिया उद्योग संघ और व्यापार मेले के आयोजन बिना नहीं रह सकते। मैं जंगल और लेखन के बगैर नहीं रह सकता। कालीचरण यादव राउत नाच महोत्सव आयोजन के बगैर नहीं रह सकते। ठीक वैसे ही आप राजनीति बिना नहीं रह सकते हैं । फिर मैंने उनके लिए मेडिकल स्टिक ला दी, उन्होंने चलने में राहत महसूस की और ड्राइवर को बुलाकर स्टेशन से छतीसगढ़ एक्सप्रेस से भोपाल प्रस्थित हो गए।
हरीश जी, आप बुजुर्ग लखीरामजी की इस बात से प्रेरित होएं और मेले के आयोजन के लिए अपनी सेकेंड लाइन को सक्रिय कीजिये। यह मेला शहर की अस्मिता से जुड़ा है। इससे नए उद्यमियों को रोजगार की राह दिखती है।आप इस राह को बन्द नहीं कर सकते। फिर से विचार कीजिये, मैने सुना है,आप मेले के प्रति उदासीन रुख बनाये है और कोई सुगबुगाहट नहीं हो रही हैं। कोई बाधा नहीं आ सकती कबीर ने लिखा है-
जो है जा को भावना, सो ताहि के पास । उद्योग संघ को भी अपनी बड़ी पहचान और परम्परा से वंचित नहीं होना चाहिए।
