बिलासपुर। बिलासपुर स्टेशन के समीप रेलवे ट्रैक पर अंडरब्रिज के निर्माण में लगी एक भारी भरकम क्रेन ओएचई लाइन को तोड़ते हुए पटरी पर ही जा पलटी। हादसे के चलते मुम्बई हावड़ा मार्ग पर यातायात ठप हो गया है। हादसे में छह श्रमिक घायल हुए हैं, जिन्हें अपोलो अस्पताल में दाखिल कराया गया है। रेलवे लाइन और ओएचई की मरम्मत का कार्य युद्धस्तर पर जारी है।
घटना बुधवार शाम पांच बजे की है। बिलासपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से करीब 300 मीटर की दूरी पर चुचुहियापारा में पिछले 6 माह से अंडरब्रिज का कार्य चल रहा है। इस समय ब्रिज के लिए गड्ढे खोदकर उनमें ब्लॉक शिफ्ट करने का काम चल रहा है। इसके लिए 400 टन और 200 टन की क्षमता वाले दो बड़े क्रेन में लगाये गये हैं तथा करीब 100 मजदूर प्रतिदिन काम कर रहे हैं। शाम के समय 400 टन की क्षमता वाली क्रेन से 200 टन वजन के एक ब्लॉक को गड्ढे में शिफ्ट किया जा रहा था। इसी समय उसके चक्के पटरी के किनारे की मिट्टी में जा धंसी और क्रेन पलट गई। पलटने के दौरान क्रेन के सामने का हिस्सा ऊपर से गुजर रही रेलवे की बिजली लाइन, ओएचई से टकरा गया और पलट गई। ओएचई तार को जिस जंक्शन में लगाया गया है वह भी टूट गया। क्रेन ने गिरने के बाद तीन पटरियों को भी कवर कर रखा है। घटना के दौरान ट्रैक पर निर्माण कार्य में लगे 6 मजदूर घायल हो गये जिन्हें अपोलो अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। रेलवे की ओर से अब तक अधिकारिक जानकारी नहीं दी गई है। हालांकि डीआरएम और इंजीनियरिंग विभाग क अधिकारी घटना स्थल पर मौजूद हैं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक क्रेन के भीतर किसी के दब होने की आशंका नहीं है।
कई ट्रेनें रद्द या परिवर्तित मार्ग से
दुर्घटना के कारण मुम्बई हावड़ा मार्ग बुरी तरह प्रभावित है। यह कब तक दुरुस्त हो सकेगा, इस बारे में कोई अधिकारिक जानकारी नहीं दी गई है। रायगढ़, बिलासपुर, रायपुर के बीच चलने वाली सभी मेमू और पैसेंजर ट्रेनों को रद्द कर दिया गया है। कुछ ट्रेनों को उसलापुर रेलवे स्टेशन से रवाना किया जा रहा है। लम्बी दूरी की कई ट्रेनों को रायपुर, भाटापारा, अकलतरा आदि में रोककर रखा गया है। रेल यातायात ठप पड़ने से बड़ी संख्या में यात्री स्टेशन पर भटक रहे हैं। पूछताछ केन्द्र में पक्की जानकारी नहीं दी जा रही है कि सुधार कार्य कब तक चलेगा और रेल यातायात कितनी देर में सामान्य होगा।
गाड़ी संख्या 12879 (लोकमान्य तिलक टर्मिनस-भुबनेश्वर एक्सप्रेस) को लाखौली-सम्बलपुर के मार्ग से गंतव्य को रवाना की जाएगी।
इसी तरह गाड़ी संख्या 18029 (लोकमान्य तिलक टर्मिनस-शालीमार एक्सप्रेस) को रायपुर-लाखौली-सम्बलपुर-झारसुगुड़ा के मार्ग से गंतव्य को रवाना की जाएगी ।
गाड़ी संख्या 12070 (गोंदिया-रायगढ़ जनशताब्दी एक्सप्रेस ) उसलापुर स्टेशन में समाप्त की जाएगी । गाड़ी संख्या 68706 (रायपुर-बिलासपुर लोकल) को उसलापुर स्टेशन में समाप्त की जाएगी । गाड़ी संख्या 58204 (रायपुर-गेवरा रोड ) को आज रद्द किया गया है ।
