नगरीय निकाय संशोधन अध्यादेश को राज्यपाल की हरीझंडी, भूपेश सरकार की बड़ी कामयाबी

रायपुर– नगरीय निकाय चुनाव को लेकर भूपेश सरकार को बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है। राज्यपाल अनुसुइया उइके ने नगरीय निकाय अध्यादेश को मंजूरी दे दी है। पहले तो राज्यपाल ने अध्यादेश में कई क्वेरी निकाल दी थी, बाद में क्वेरीज के जवाबों से संतुष्ट होकर राज्यपाल ने नगरीय निकाय अध्यादेश को मंजूरी दे दी। अब इसे जल्द ही राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।
बता दें, कि मध्यप्रदेश में इसी अध्यादेश को वहां के राज्यपाल ने मंजूरी देने से रोक दिया था, मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ को राजभवन जाकर राज्यपाल लालजी टंडन से आग्रह करना पड़ा, तब जाकर मंजूरी मिल पाई थी। इधर राज्यपाल अनसुइया उइके ने आज अध्यादेश में क्वेरी निकाल कर सत्तापक्ष की नींद उड़ा दी थी, लेकिन क्वेरी के जवाब से संतुष्ट होकर उन्होंने आजअध्यादेश पर दस्तखत कर दी।
भूपेश बघेल सरकार महापौर और नगरीय निकाय अध्यक्षों का चुनाव पार्षदों के जरिये करने का फैसला किया है। कैबिनेट ने गुरुवार को इस पर मुहर लगा दी थी।
