मुंबई में बाल आयोग की राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला में शामिल होकर लौटे सदस्य दिलीप कौशिक

मुम्बई । में विगत दिवस दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग भारत सरकार के द्वारा आयोजित किया गया जिसमें आयोग के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष माननीय प्रियंक कानूनगो एवं सदस्य माननीय यशवंत जैन सहित सभी राष्ट्रीय सदस्यों मार्गदर्शन में सम्पन्न हुआ जिसमें देशभर के सभी राज्यों के बाल आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यगण शामिल होकर बाल अधिकारों के संरक्षण के संबंध में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर कैसे अपने राज्यों में बाल अधिकारों के प्रभावी संरक्षण के लिए मंथन भी किये छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य से सदस्य श्री दिलीप कौशिक इंदिरा जैन टी आर श्यामा मीनाक्षी तोमर शामिल हुए मुम्बई के राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला में शामिल होकर लौटे दिलीप कौशिक ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ के ग्रामीण इलाकों में पाक्सो एक्ट बालकों के देखरेख संरक्षण अधिनियम (किशोर न्याय अधिनियम)बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम के प्रचार-प्रसार व जन जागरण की महति आवश्यकता है ।
ग्रामीणो को नियमों की जानकारी होने से निश्चित ही उन्हें व उनके बालक बालिकाओं के अधिकारों का संरक्षण होगा। हौसला बुलंद होगा इसी तरह शहरी क्षेत्रों में बाल श्रम बाल भिक्षा वृत्ति एक गंभीर समस्या बनी हुई है । जिसके रोकथाम के लिए व्यापक रूप से जन जागरण की आवश्यकता है। आज देखने व सुनने में आता है कि प्राइवेट स्कूलों में विधार्थी प्रताड़ित हो रहें हैं इन सबका समाधान के लिए उपाय व निदान के लिए आवश्यक पहल करने की भी चर्चा हुई।
