एक अंग्रेजी अखबार ने भारत के 100 दमदार लोगों की सूची जारी की है। जारी सूची में जहां पहले स्थान पर पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी का नाम है, तो वहीं छत्तीसगढ़ के मुखिया सीएम भूपेश बघेल ने भी इस सूची में अपनी जगह बनाई है। अखबार ने भूपेश बघेल को 54वां स्थान दिया है। इस सूची में खास बात यह है, कि भूपेश बघेल की पॉपुलरिटी बॉलीवुड के महानायक अमिताभ बच्चन और रतन टाटा से भी आगे है। भूपेश बघेल 54वें स्थान पर हैं, तो अमिताभ बच्चन 57वें और रतन टाटा 58वें स्थान पर हैं।
अखबार में प्रकाशित खबर के अनुसार सीएम भूपेश बघेल, अमरिंदर सिंह के अलावा दूसरे ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री हैं जिन्होंने पूर्ण बहुमत के साथ प्रदेश में अपनी सरकार बनाई है। सीएम पद के कई प्रबल दावेदार होने के बावजूद कांग्रेस प्रबंधन द्वारा भूपेश बघेल को मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी पर बैठाया गया था। सीएम भूपेश बघेल ने नरवा, गरवा, घुरवा और बारी योजना को अपना प्रमुख कार्यक्रम बनाया है। इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से सीएम भूपेश बघेल ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को रिचार्ज करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव में हार के बाद अब भूपेश बघेल को उम्मीद है कि इस योजना के जरिए प्रदेश के नगरीय निकायों में एक बार फिर कांग्रेस अपना सिक्का जमाएगी।
