सेठ जी मुक्त होते ही बिलासपुर बना महानगर निगम, अब विकास की ओर अग्रसर

प्रदेश के मुखिया भूपेश बघेल शनिवार को शहर दौरे पर रहे। जहाँ उन्होंने करोड़ों के विकास कार्य का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण किया। इन सब के बीच प्रभारी मंत्री के साथ साथ मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने विपक्षी पार्टी पर जमकर कटाक्ष किया, और कहा, “सालों से सेठ के कैद में था बिलासपुर शहर! कांग्रेस की सरकार आने पर अब जाकर मुक्त हुआ है”।
सीएम ने 150 करोड़ 79 लाख 36 हजार के लागत से 50 विकास कार्यो का लोकार्पण और भूमिपूजन किया गया। इस दौरान कृषि मंत्री रविन्द्र चौबे और बिलासपुर प्रभारी मंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू ने कॉंग्रेस पार्टी के सत्ता में आने के बाद प्रदेश में विकास कार्यो का बखान किया। साथ ही उन्होंने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अजीत जोगी और डॉ रमन सिंह पर जमकर कटाक्ष किया।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल पूरा छत्तीसगढ़िया अंदाज में नजर आए। उन्होंने अपना पूरा संबोधन छत्तीसगढ़ी मे दिया। यही नही उन्होंने पूर्ववर्ती भाजपा सरकार पर भी जमकर निशाना साधा। सीएम ने भाजपा सरकार पर आरोप लागते हुए कहा, कि पिछले 15 साल में भाजपा ने अरपा को मारने का काम किया है। यही नहीं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नियमित शिक्षको की भर्ती जैसे कामो के लिए जहाँ भाजपा के हाथ पांव फूल रहे थे। वही कॉंग्रेस सरकार सत्ता में आते ही प्रदेश में शिक्षको की सीधी भर्ती के द्वारा खोला है। उन्होंने आरक्षण के मुद्दे पर उठते सवालों पर कहा, कि देश का यह पहला प्रदेश है, जहाँ 100 प्रतिशत आरक्षण को लागू किया गया है। कार्यक्रम में सीएम भूपेश बघेल ने अरपा के उत्थान के लिए एक बैराज और एनीकट निर्माण की घोषणा की है।
लोकार्पण और भूमि पूजन में जिले में 33 केवीएस के पांच सब स्टेशन,सड़क सहित विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत 627 हितग्राहियों को 15 करोड़ 96 लाख 63 हाजर रुपये मूल्य का सामग्री वितरित किया गया। जिसका लाभ अब क्षेत्रवासियो को मिल सकेगा। वही प्रदेश में कुपोषण को दूर करने सीएम ने बस्तर सहित सभी जिलों में 2 अक्टूबर से अभियान शुरू करने की बात कही है।
