भाटापारा- हरी सब्जियों की कीमतों में उछाल के बाद सब्जी उपभोक्ताओं की मांग का प्रवाह अब सूखी सब्जियों की ओर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। हालांकि कीमतें अभी स्थिर है लेकिन थोक में भाव बढ़ने के बाद सूखी सब्जियों की इन किस्मों में भी हल्का करंट महसूस किया जा रहा है।
हरी सब्जियां बारिश की भेंट चढ़ चुकी है। दूसरी बोनी की तैयारी कर रहे किसानों ने बीज की खरीदी तो चालू कर दी है लेकिन कीमतें हताश कर रही है। इधर सब्जी बाजार में आवक तो ठीक है लेकिन भाव बेहद ऊंचे जा रहे हैं इसलिए हरी सब्जियों मैं मांग का प्रवाह अब उन सूखी सब्जियों की ओर बढ़ चला है जो आमतौर पर हर घर में ऐसी ही स्थितियों के आने पर उपयोग में लाया जाता रहा है। थोक बाजार मांग का प्रवाह को देखते हुए आहिस्ता आहिस्ता कीमतें बढ़ाने लगा है लेकिन मांग बराबर बढ़ रही है।
मांग ने बदली खरीदी की दिशा
हरी सब्जियों की कीमतें उपभोक्ताओं की क्रय शक्ति से बाहर जाने के बाद सब्जी की मांग की दिशा अब सूखी सब्जियों की ओर बदल दी है। खरीदी में अब ग्राहक बढ़ने लगे हैं तो रिटेल काउंटरों की डिमांड होलसेल काउंटर में पहले की तुलना में बढ़ती जा रही है। होलसेल काउंटर खरीदी की दिशा का अनुमान लगाते हुए तेजी का संकेत दे रहा है। इससे रिटेल काउंटर ऑर्डर भी बढ़ा रहे हैं।
अब इस ओर मांग
सब्जी बाजार में एक ट्रेड हमेशा से रहा है कि जैसे ही हरी सब्जियों की कीमतें बढ़ने लगती है वैसे ही उपभोक्ताओं की खरीदी झुरगा, राजमा,सूखा हरा और सफेद मटर, के साथ-साथ चना काबुली, चना गुलाबी और चना खैरी में जोर पकड़ने लगती है। यह समय ऐसा ही है। सूखी सब्जियों के रूप में हमेशा से हर घर में रहने वाली इन सभी चीजों की मांग बढ़ चुकी है।
मांग के बाद ऐसे हैं भाव
तेजी के रोज नए रिकॉर्ड बना रही हरी सब्जियों की स्थितियों को देखते हुए राजमा सहित पांच अन्य सूखी सब्जियों की पूछ परख बढ़ चुकी है। बाजार सूत्रों के मुताबिक राजमा की कीमत इस समय 120 रुपए किलो, झुरगा 80 से 100 रुपए किलो, चना गुलाबी 55 से 60 रुपए किलो, चना काबुली 85 से100 रुपए किलो, चना खैरी 60 रुपए किलो, हरा मटर 120 रुपए और सफेद मटर 110 से 120 रुपए किलो की दर पर बिकने लगा है।
चाय पत्ती हुई डबल
लॉकडाउन के बाद आवाजाही केवल जरूरत पड़ने पर ही हो रही है। ऐसे में घरों में चाय का बनाया जाना भी बढ़ चुका है। जाहिर है मांग बढ़ती। अब दोगुनी मांग के बाद चाय पत्ती भी दोगुनी दर पर बिकने लगी है। सबसे ज्यादा मांग में बने रहने वाली चाय पत्ती जिसकी कीमत पहले 60 रुपए किलो थी वह अब 90 से 120 रुपए किलो पर जा पहुंची है। कमोबेश चाय पत्ती की सभी किस्मों में भी भाव बढ़ चुके हैं।
