15 अगस्त पर मुख्यमंत्री ने किया बड़ा ऐलान प्रदेश में अब बनेगा एक और नया जिला

रायपुर:-15 अगस्त स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने प्रदेशवासियों को कई बड़ी सौगातें दी है। जिनमें आरक्षण में बढ़ोतरी, नए जिले बनाने और एलिफेंट रिजर्व बनाने जैसी घोषणा शामिल है।इसके साथ ही बहु-प्रतीक्षित मांग पूरी करते हुए एक नए जिले के निर्माण की घोषणा भी सीएम ने की। यह जिला ‘गौरेला- पेण्ड्रा-मरवाही’ के नाम से जाना जाएगा। इस तरह अब छत्तीसगढ़ 28 जिलों का राज्य बन जाएगा।राज्य सरकार ने बड़ी सौगात प्रदेश को दी है। पेंड्रा-गौरेला को लंबे समय से जिला बनाने की मांग चल रही थी।इसके अलावा 25 नई तहसीलें भी बनाई जाएंगी।बघेल ने कहा-मुझे यह कहते हुए बहुत खुशी है कि हमारे प्रदेश का अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति तथा अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग तबका काफी शांतिप्रिय ढंग से अपने अधिकारों की बात करता रहा है। उनके संविधान सम्मत अधिकारों की रक्षा करना हमारा कर्त्तव्य है। इस दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए आज मैं यह घोषणा करता हूं कि अब प्रदेश निवासी अनुसूचित जनजाति को 32 प्रतिषत, अनुसूचित जाति को 13 प्रतिशत तथा अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग को 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।सीएम बघेल ने घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि, छत्तीसगढ़ में हाथियों की आवा-जाही से कई बार जान-माल की हानि होती है। इसकी एक बड़ी वजह है, हाथियों को उनकी पसंदीदा जगह पर रहने की सुविधा नहीं मिल पाना भी है। इस दिशा में भी हमने गंभीरता से विचार किया है और आज मैं ‘लेमरू एलीफेंट रिजर्व’ की घोषणा करता हूं। यह दुनिया में अपनी तरह का पहला ‘एलीफेंट रिजर्व’ होगा, जहां हाथियों का स्थाई ठिकाना बन जाने से उनकी अन्य स्थानों पर आवा-जाही तथा इससे होने वाले नुकसान पर भी अंकुश लगेगा और जैव विविधता तथा वन्य प्राणी की दिशा में प्रदेश का योगदान दर्ज होगा।
