जगन्नाथपुरी — ऋग्वेदीय पूर्वाम्नाय श्रीगोवर्धनमठ पुरी उड़ीसा में श्रीमज्जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य पूज्यपाद स्वामी श्रीनिश्चलानन्द सरस्वती जी महाराज के सानिध्य में कल से राजधर्म विषय के विभिन्न आयामों पर तीन दिवसीय संगोष्ठी आयोजित की जा रही है। प्रथम दिवस को प्रो. रामदेव भारद्वाज , कुलपति अटल बिहारी वाजपेई विश्वविद्यालय भोपाल , भूपेश बघेल मुख्यमंत्री छत्तीसगढ़ ,अमर प्रसाद सतपथी , पूर्व मंत्री उड़ीसा , डॉ संजय पासवान , पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री , बिहार ने संगोष्ठी में अपने विचार व्यक्त किये। छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल जी ने कहा कि गांधी जी के ग्राम स्वराज्य की भावना के अनुरूप राज्य में ग्रामोन्मुखी योजनाओं के तहत ग्रामों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जा रहा है। सरकार की नरवा , गरुवा , घुरूवा , बाड़ी इसी महत्त्वाकांक्षी योजना की कड़ी है। गोवंश सुरक्षा के लिये गोठान निर्माण योजना आरम्भ की गई , अब सरकार के द्वारा गोपालको से गोबर खरीदा जा रहा है ,जिससे बर्मी कम्पोस्ट बनाकर किसानों के उपयोग हेतु प्रदाय किया जायेगा । गोठान में बाडी़ निर्माण से सब्जी , मशरुम ,मस्त्य पालन , दलहन ,तिलहन , फलदार वृक्ष आदि के द्वारा गोठान आर्थिक समृद्धि का केन्द्र होगा ,जिससे ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था स्वावलम्बी होगी ,जोकि कोरोना बीमारी के विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी छत्तीसगढ़ में आर्थिक स्थिरता का मूलमन्त्र साबित हुआ है। संगोष्ठी के प्रथम दिवस को संगोष्ठी के विषय को स्पष्ट करते हुये पुरी शंकराचार्य जी ने कहा कि राजनीति में नीति शब्द है जिसका तात्पर्य धर्म होता है , अतः राजनीति का आशय राजधर्म से है। राज का अर्थ राजा या क्षत्रिय होता है , अतः राजनीति , क्षात्रधर्म भी होता है । वैदिक वांगमय के अनुसार सुसंस्कृत , सुशिक्षित , सुरक्षित , संपन्न , सेवापरायण , स्वस्थ , सर्वहितप्रद व्यक्ति एवं समाज की संरचना तथा धर्मनियन्त्रित , पक्षपातविहीन , शोषणविनिर्मुक्त , सर्वहितप्रद शासनतन्त्र की स्थापना ही राजनीति की शास्त्रपरक परिभाषा हो सकती है। राजनीति में समष्टि हित की भावना ही सर्वोपरि होना चाहिये क्योंकि समष्टिहित में ही ब्यष्टिहित समाहित रहता है ,.इस भावना से किसी का भी शोषण हो ही नहीं सकता । संगोष्ठी के द्वितीय दिवस आज संबित पात्रा , राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता , बीजेपी , डाँ भारत भूषण पाण्डेय , राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जनसंघ ,डाँ शीला राय , राजनीति शास्त्र विभाग राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय , प्रो. सुषमा यादव ,कुलपति बी पी एस एम विश्वविद्यालय सोनीपत विषय विशेषज्ञ के रूप में अपना भाव रख रहे हैं।
