कपिध्वज करियर गाइडेंस कार्यक्रम से हजारों विद्यार्थियों को मिली नई दिशा
रायपुर, 31 जनवरी 2026।छत्तीसगढ़ के युवाओं को आत्मनिर्भर, लक्ष्यनिष्ठ और सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में राज्य शासन द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों की कड़ी में एक और उल्लेखनीय पहल सामने आई है। महिला एवं बाल विकास एवं समाज कल्याण मंत्री श्रीमती लक्ष्मी राजवाड़े की पहल पर सूरजपुर जिले के भटगांव स्थित स्टेडियम ग्राउंड में कपिध्वज करियर गाइडेंस कार्यक्रम का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में 6 से 8 हजार से अधिक विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता कर अपने भविष्य को दिशा देने का अवसर प्राप्त किया।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मंत्री श्रीमती लक्ष्मी राजवाड़े ने कहा कि आज का युवा ही देश और समाज के भविष्य का निर्माणकर्ता है। युवाओं के कंधों पर राष्ट्र निर्माण की बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है, जिसे निभाने के लिए स्पष्ट लक्ष्य, सही मार्गदर्शन और निरंतर परिश्रम आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि जीवन में आने वाली चुनौतियाँ व्यक्ति को मजबूत बनाती हैं और सही निर्णय, समय प्रबंधन तथा सकारात्मक सोच के साथ कोई भी लक्ष्य असंभव नहीं होता।
मंत्री श्रीमती राजवाड़े ने शिक्षा को सफलता की सबसे मजबूत नींव बताते हुए विद्यार्थियों से अपील की कि वे अपने मूल्यों, जीवनशैली और दीर्घकालिक उद्देश्यों को ध्यान में रखकर करियर का चयन करें और ऐसे मार्गदर्शन कार्यक्रमों का पूरा लाभ उठाएं।
इस अवसर पर देश के प्रतिष्ठित करियर मार्गदर्शक एवं कोटा (राजस्थान) स्थित मोशन कोचिंग सेंटर के संस्थापक एवं सीईओ श्री नितिन विजय (एन वी सर) ने विद्यार्थियों को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी, करियर चयन, समय प्रबंधन, आत्मविश्वास निर्माण और लक्ष्य आधारित अध्ययन पर प्रभावशाली मार्गदर्शन दिया।
उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि “सोच ऊंची रखो, उड़ान भी ऊंची होगी।” कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी धैर्य और आत्मविश्वास बनाए रखने वाला व्यक्ति निश्चित रूप से सफलता प्राप्त करता है।
नितिन विजय ने कहा कि “सफलता दो बार प्राप्त होती है पहले मन में और फिर वास्तविक जीवन में,” इसलिए विद्यार्थियों को मानसिक और व्यवहारिक दोनों स्तरों पर स्वयं को सफलता के लिए तैयार करना चाहिए। उन्होंने करियर चयन से पहले अपनी रुचि, क्षमता और व्यक्तित्व को समझने, गलतियों से सीखने और आत्मचिंतन को जीवन में आगे बढ़ने का मूलमंत्र बताया।
कार्यक्रम के समापन अवसर पर उपस्थित सभी विद्यार्थियों एवं नागरिकों ने बाल विवाह उन्मूलन और नशा मुक्त भारत के संकल्प के साथ शपथ लेकर सामाजिक जागरूकता और सकारात्मक बदलाव का संदेश दिया।
