मैनपाट छत्तीसगढ़ के शिमला को मिलेगा पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में नया आयाम
मैनपाट में बनेगा पर्यटकों के लिए सर्वसुविधायुक्त आवासीय परिसर, मैनपाट में 4.80 हेक्टेयर भूमि छत्तीसगढ़ गृह निर्माण मंडल आवंटित
रायपुर, 21 जनवरी 2026\मैनपाट जिसे छत्तीसगढ़ का शिमला कहा जाता है, अपनी वादियों, झरनों और हरियाली से भरपूर प्राकृतिक सुंदरता के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। छत्तीसगढ़ का ‘शिमला’ नाम से प्रसिद्ध मैनपाट में पर्यटन सुविधाओं और आवासीय विकास को नई गति देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा मैनपाट में 4.80 हेक्टर (12 एकड़) भूमि अटल विहार योजना हेतु छत्तीसगढ़ गृह निर्माण मंडल को आवंटित की गई है।
छत्तीसगढ़ गृह निर्माण मंडल के अध्यक्ष अनुराग सिंह देव ने बताया कि इस भूमि पर आधुनिक एवं बहुउपयोगी पर्यटन, आवासीय परिसर का निर्माण शीघ्र प्रारंभ किया जाएगा। प्राकृतिक परिवेश के अनुरूप विकसित होने वाली यह परियोजना मैनपाट आने वाले पर्यटकों को बेहतर, सुरक्षित और किफायती ठहराव उपलब्ध कराएगी। इन्हीं अद्भुत स्थलों में से एक है जलपरी पर्यटन बिंदु। जलपरी प्वाइंट का मनोहारी दृश्य मानो किसी परीकथा की दुनिया में ले जाता है। यहां बहती ठंडी हवाएं, गहरी घाटियां और झरनों की मधुर ध्वनि यात्रियों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर देती है। बादलों से खेलती पहाड़ियां और हर मौसम में बदलते रंग यहां की विशेष पहचान हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने कहा कि प्राकृतिक सुंदरता इस स्थल की सुंदरता किसी जलपरी की तरह आकर्षक है। शांत वातावरण, झरनों से गिरती जलधारा और हरियाली से भरे जंगल यहां आने वाले पर्यटकों को ऐसा अनुभव कराती हैं, मानो वे किसी परियों की कहानी में प्रवेश कर गए हों। श्री अनुराग सिंह देव ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय के मार्गदर्शन में आवास एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री श्री ओ.पी. चौधरी और पर्यटन मंत्री श्री राजेश अग्रवाल के सक्रिय प्रयासों से संभव हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि मैनपाट में लगातार बढ़ते पर्यटक आगमन को देखते हुए इस तरह की सुविधाओं की आवश्यकता लंबे समय से महसूस की जा रही थी।
मैनपाट में प्रस्तावित परिसर में आधुनिक वेलनेस एवं मनोरंजन सुविधाएँ विकसित की जाएंगी। श्री सिंह देव ने बताया कि परियोजना में केरल मॉडल पर आधारित वेलनेस सेंटर, प्राकृतिक पंचकर्म चिकित्सा, हर्बल स्पा और आयुष सेवाएं प्रस्तावित हैं। साथ ही 24×7 क्लब हाउस, मिलेट्स कैफे, जिम, स्विमिंग पूल, किड्स प्ले एरिया, स्टीम बाथ और एंटरटेनमेंट ज़ोन विकसित किए जाएंगे। पर्यावरण अनुकूल विकास के तहत ट्री हाउस, कॉटेज और स्थानीय जीवन एवं संस्कृति का अनुभव कराने वाला सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्र भी शामिल होगा।
आवास एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री ओ.पी. चौधरी ने कहा कि मैनपाट छत्तीसगढ़ का विशिष्ट एवं उभरता हुआ पर्यटन गंतव्य है। तेजी से बढ़ रही पर्यटक संख्या को देखते हुए यहाँ आधुनिक सुविधाओं का विकास अत्यावश्यक है। हाउसिंग बोर्ड की यह पहल पर्यटन, आवास और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को नई दिशा देगी तथा मैनपाट को राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन मानचित्र पर सशक्त रूप से स्थापित करेगी। सिंह देव ने बताया कि परियोजना से मैनपाट में पर्यटन गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, स्थानीय रोजगार के अवसर सृजित होंगे और हॉस्पिटैलिटी सेक्टर में नई संभावनाएं खुलेंगी। गुणवत्तापूर्ण आवासीय सुविधा उपलब्ध होने से पर्यटकों का ठहराव समय बढ़ेगा, जो क्षेत्रीय अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देगा।
पर्यटन मंत्री राजेश अग्रवाल ने परियोजना को छत्तीसगढ़ के पर्यटन विस्तार के लिए मील का पत्थर बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि आधुनिक पर्यटन सुविधाओं के विकास से पर्यटकों को बेहतर अनुभव मिलेगा और राज्य का हॉस्पिटैलिटी सेक्टर मजबूत होगा। मैनपाट के समग्र विकास से स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार एवं व्यापार के अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे और क्षेत्र की पहचान को नई ऊँचाई देगी।
सरगुजा की पहाड़ियों में बसे छत्तीसगढ़ के हिल स्टेशन मैनपाट में वर्षभर ठंड पड़ती है. यहां सैर-सपाटे के लिए कई खूबसूरत जगहें है,जिसमें बौद्ध मंदिर, उल्टा-पानी, टाइगर पॉइंट, जलजली, मेहता पॉइंट, चाय बगान के अलावा कई अन्य स्थान शामिल है। यहां घूमने के लिए प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों से पर्यटक पहुंचते है, इसके अलावा देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों से भी लोगों का आना होता है। वहीं अब पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से मैनपाट में पर्यटकों के लिए सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया जा रहा है।
अध्यक्ष अनुराग सिंह देव ने कहा कि यह पहल छत्तीसगढ़ में पर्यटन, आवास विकास के क्षेत्र में गृह निर्माण मंडल की ऐतिहासिक भूमिका को मजबूत करेगी और भविष्य में मैनपाट को एक प्रमुख राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन केन्द्र के रूप में स्थापित करने का आधार बनेगी।
