राष्ट्रीय स्तर की तीन दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन सिम्स बिलासपुर में : चिकित्सा शिक्षा की नई पद्धतियों पर प्रशिक्षण
बिलासपुर, 16 जनवरी 2026/छत्तीसगढ़ आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (सिम्स), बिलासपुर में अधिष्ठाता (डीन) डॉ. रमणेश मूर्ति के कुशल नेतृत्व एवं मार्गदर्शन में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय स्तरीय कार्यशाला के माध्यम से चिकित्सा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवाचारों को साझा किया जा रहा है। राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग (NMC) की ओर से आए समन्वयक डॉ. परमानंद अग्रवाल की देखरेख में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में तीन मेडिकल कॉलेजों के फैकल्टी सदस्य हिस्सा ले रहे हैं।
सिम्युलेशन के माध्यम से कौशल विकास – कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रशिक्षुओं को सिम्युलेशन आधारित शिक्षण (Simulation-based Learning) की बारीकियों से अवगत कराया गया। इसके अंतर्गत यह बताया गया कि वास्तविक मरीज के संपर्क में आने से पूर्व चिकित्सक किस प्रकार कृत्रिम परिवेश (Simulation) में अभ्यास कर अपनी ‘सॉफ्ट स्किल्स’ और व्यावहारिक दक्षता को सुधार सकते हैं। इस पद्धति का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि चिकित्सक वास्तविक उपचार के दौरान पूरी तरह प्रशिक्षित और आत्मविश्वास से भरे हों।इसके साथ ही, ‘एटकॉम’ (AETCOM) मॉड्यूल के तहत मरीजों के साथ बेहतर संवाद और नैतिकता पर भी गहन चर्चा की गई।
वरिष्ठ विशेषज्ञों का मार्गदर्शन
इस गरिमामयी आयोजन में संस्थान के वरिष्ठ विशेषज्ञों ने सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से:
* डॉ. लखन सिंह (चिकित्सा अधीक्षक)
* डॉ. मधुमिता मूर्ति (प्रोफेसर, एनेस्थीसिया विभाग)
* डॉ. केशव (MEU समन्वयक) एवं अन्य फैकल्टी सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।
यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम चिकित्सकों को नई शिक्षण विधियों और आधुनिक चिकित्सा पद्धतियों से जोड़कर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है।
