केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री तोखन साहू ने किया मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसायकल का वितरण, 56 दिव्यांगजन हुए लाभान्वित
बिलासपुर 10 जनवरी 2026 / समाज कल्याण विभाग एवं जिला पुर्नवास केन्द्र बिलासपुर, प्रधानमंत्री दिव्याशा केन्द्र बिलासपुर, एलिम्को अधिकृत विक्रेता विक्रय केन्द्र कोरबा छ.ग. के संयुक्त प्रयास से दिव्यांगजनों हेतु मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसायकल एवं कृत्रिम अंग, सहायक उपकरण वितरण शा. दृष्टि एवं श्रवण बाधितार्थ विद्यालय तिफरा बिलासपुर में आयोजित हुआ। जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि तोखन साहू सांसद बिलासपुर एवं केन्द्रीय शहरी विकास राज्य मंत्री भारत सरकार एवं कार्यक्रम अध्यक्ष धरमलाल कौशिक विधायक बिल्हा, विशिष्ट अतिथि राजेश सूर्यवंशी अध्यक्ष जिला पंचायत बिलासपुर, श्रीमति पूजा विधानी महापौर बिलासपुर की गरिमामय उपस्थिति में वितरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न हुआ।
मुख्यअतिथि एवं जनप्रतिनिधयों का टी. पी. भावे संयुक्त संचालक समाज कल्याण द्वारा स्वागत करते हुये अपने स्वागत भाषण में वितरण काग्रकम के बारे में जानकारी देते हुआ बताया कि आज 56 दिव्यांगजनों को मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसायकल एवं अन्य सहायक उपकरण वितरण उनके पूर्व चिन्हाकन अनुसार किया गया है। आगे भी दिव्यांगजनों को उनके आवश्यकता अनुरूप चिन्हाकन कर सामग्री प्रदाय की जावेगी। मुख्य अतिथि तोखन साहू ने अपने उदबोधन में दिव्यांगजनों को बधाई देते हुये प्रधानमंत्री दिव्याशा केन्द्र बिलासपुर में खुलने पर प्रसन्न्ता व्यक्त की और कहा कि आपको शासन द्वारा आज दी गई इस मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसायकल एवं अन्य सहायक उपकरण से आपका रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगा। आप स्वयं आत्मनिर्भर बनोगे और आपके जीवकोपार्जन में सहायक होगा।
कार्यकम के अध्यक्ष धरमलाल कौशिक विधायक बिल्हा ने अपने उदबोधन में कहा कि दिव्यांगजनों के वितरण कार्यकम हेतु समाज कल्याण विभाग को बधाई देते हुये कहा कि अब दिव्यांगजन यह सुविधा पाकर अपने शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण एवं आत्मनिर्भर बन सकते है। कार्यक्रम में अतिथियों हेतु सरस्वती वंदनां एवं स्वागत गीत की प्रस्तुति विद्यालय के दृष्टिबाधित छात्रों द्वारा दी गई। इस अवसर पर सभापति श्रीमती राधा खिलावन पटेल, श्रीमती अरूणा चंद्रप्रकाश सूर्या, अरूण सिंह चौहान, हरीश साहू, श्याम कार्तिक वर्मा, श्रीमती बैजंती जोशी, श्रीमती सरोज साहू, राजू मानिकपूरी, अजय कश्यप, अशोक प्रजापति, रामू साहू, ईश्वर साहू, मंजू दुबे, सुभाष सिंह, ममता सोनी, राघवेन्द्र झा, मोहित सिंह, सुकृता साहू, प्रेमलता ठाकुर के साथ सांथ विभागिय अधिकारीयों में सहायक सांख्यिकी अधिकारी प्रशांत मोकासे, उत्तम राव माथनकर, श्रीमती सरस्वती रामेश्वरी, सुश्री बीना दीक्षित, श्रीमती राजकुमारी सोनी, श्रीमती सरस्वती जायसवाल, रजनी डोंगरे, स्नेहलता वैष्णव, दीक्षांत पटेल, अनिश मानिकपुरी, संतोष सामंत, बसंत श्रीवास, संतोष कुमार, रमाशंकर शुक्ला, वी. के. सिंह, निरंकार तिवारी उपस्थित थे। इस वितरण कार्यक्रम में विभागीय अधिकारी, कर्मचारी का सहयोग सराहनीय रहा। कार्यक्रम का संचालन प्रशांत मोकासे ने किया।
