एसईसीएल, सीडब्लयूएस कोरबा में कोल इंडिया की प्रथम पूर्णतः महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित स्टोर यूनिट का शुभारंभ
भारत सरकार के स्पेशल कैंपेन 5.0 अंतर्गत नारी सशक्तिकरण की नई पहल
कोरबा। साउथ ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड (एसईसीएल) में आज कोल इंडिया का एक ऐतिहासिक अध्याय जुड़ा, जब प्रथम पूर्णतः महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित सीडब्लयूएस कोरबा में सेंट्रल स्टोर फॉर स्पेयर पार्ट्स सप्लाई एंड मैनेजमेंट का शुभारंभ किया गया। यह पहल कोयला उद्योग में महिला सशक्तिकरण और कार्यस्थल में उनकी बढ़ती भूमिका का प्रतीक है।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ पारंपरिक दीप प्रज्वलन समारोह से हुआ। इसके उपरांत मुख्य अतिथि एवं एसईसीएल के अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक श्री हरीश दुहन ने फीता काटकर स्टोर यूनिट का उद्घाटन किया। सभी अतिथियों का स्वागत शॉल, श्रीफल और बुके भेंट कर किया गया।
इस अवसर पर विशिष्ट अतिथियों के रूप में निदेशक (तकनीकी/संचालन) एन. फ्रैंकलिन जयकुमार, निदेशक (मानव संसाधन ) बिरंची दास, निदेशक (तकनीकी/योजना परियोजना ) श्री आर.सी. महापात्र एवं मुख्य सतर्कता अधिकारी श्री हिमांशु जैन उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली महिला कर्मियों को मुख्य अतिथि एवं अन्य विशिष्ट अतिथियों द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया।
अपने संबोधन में अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक श्री हरीश दुहन ने कहा कि “यह कदम एक बड़े बदलाव की शुरुआत है। पहले हमने बिलासपुर के वसंत विहार में कोल इंडिया का प्रथम महिला चिकित्सालय शुरू किया था, और अब कोरबा में महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित सेंट्रल स्टोर यूनिट की शुरुआत की गई है। यह पहल न केवल महिलाओं की भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देगी बल्कि संगठन को नई ऊर्जा भी प्रदान करेगी।”
सीडब्ल्यूएस कोरबा, एसईसीएल का एक महत्वपूर्ण वर्कशॉप है, और यहां महिलाओं की सक्रिय भूमिका आने वाले समय में प्रेरणादायी उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करेगी। इस स्टोर यूनिट में कुल आठ महिला अधिकारी कर्मचारी पदस्थ किए गए हैं वहीं सुश्री सपना इक्का , वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक (ई एंड एम ) को स्टोर मैनेजर बनाया गया है । सुश्री इक्का आईआईटी आईएसएम से इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियर हैं । उन्होंने खुशी व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि , मैं इस नए भूमिका को पाकर बेहत उत्साहित हूँ और इन्वेंटरी मैनेजमेंट प्रक्रिया को और सरलीकृत करने की दिशा में काम करना चाहूँगी । इस स्टोर में आधुनिक एसएपी सिस्टम के ज़रिए रिकॉर्ड का रखरखाव किया जाता है ।
कार्यक्रम में स्वागत उद्बोधन महाप्रबंधक वर्कशॉप श्री जी के द्विवेदी द्वारा वहीं धन्यवाद ज्ञापन स्टाफ ऑफिसर एचआर श्री बलराम टंडन द्वारा किया गया । संचालन और समन्वय एसईसीएल, सीडब्ल्यूएस कोरबा द्वारा किया गया।
