युक्तियुक्तकरण का बनाया मज़ाक..
बिलासपुर। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी के द्वारा सम्बंधित शिक्षक को कार्यमुक्त करने के आग्रह करने के बावजूद भी कार्यमुक्त नहीं किया गया। ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश है क्योंकि मस्तुरी ब्लॉक के एक ही विद्यालय शा. पूर्व. माध्य. शाला कटहा के 2 शिक्षक जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय में संलग्न है। जिला प्रशासन की लापरवाही – 3 वर्षों से शिक्षक चुनाव कार्यालय में संलग्न, विद्यालय में पढ़ाई प्रभावित है। ग्रामीणों के बार-बार शिकायत करने और मुख्यमंत्री एवं उपमुख्यमंत्री तक गुहार लगाने के बावजूद मस्तुरी ब्लॉक के शा. पूर्व. माध्य. शाला कटहा के शिक्षक मनोज पांडेय पिछले तीन वर्षों से जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय में संलग्न हैं। इस कारण विद्यालय में पढ़ाई बुरी तरह प्रभावित हो रही है। इसके अलावा 2 अन्य शिक्षक पुष्पेन्द्र और सत्येंद्र कई वर्षों से चिकित्सकीय अवकाश में है।
सूत्रों के अनुसार, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (DEO) द्वारा सम्बंधित शिक्षक मनोज पांडेय को कार्यमुक्त कर विद्यालय में वापस भेजने का आग्रह कई बार किया गया, लेकिन अब तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई।ग्रामीणों ने इसे युक्तियुक्तकरण (Rationalization) नीति का मज़ाक बताते हुए कहा कि जब जिले में शिक्षकों की भारी कमी है, तब इस शिक्षक को वर्षों तक दफ्तर में बैठाकर रखने का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि लगातार शिकायतों के बाद भी प्रशासन की चुप्पी शिक्षा व्यवस्था के साथ खिलवाड़ है। वे मांग कर रहे हैं कि जल्द से जल्द शिक्षकों को विद्यालय में वापसी का आदेश दिया जाए, ताकि बच्चों की पढ़ाई बाधित न हो।
