स्मार्ट चैटबॉट से घर बैठे मिलेगी नागरिक सुविधाएं, बिलासपुर नगर निगम प्रदेश का पहला नगरीय निकाय होगा
वॉट्सएप्प आधारित चैटबॉट सुविधा होगी शुरू
रायपुर, 19 सितंबर 2025/बिलासपुर प्रदेश का पहला ऐसा नगर निगम बनने जा रहा है, जहां नागरिक अब स्मार्ट चैटबॉट के जरिए अधिकांश सेवाओं का लाभ घर बैठे ले सकेंगे। बिलासपुर नगर निगम ने डिजिटल इंडिया की दिशा में बड़ा कदम बढ़ाते हुए वॉट्सऐप आधारित चैटबॉट सेवा शुरू कर रही है। इसके माध्यम से लोग प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स की जानकारी और भुगतान, बिल्डिंग परमिशन, शिकायत पंजीकरण, जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जैसी सुविधाएं चंद मिनटों में प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
ऐसे करेगा काम स्मार्ट चैटबॉट
इस चैटबॉट का उपयोग करना बेहद आसान होगा। इसके लिए निगम एक विशेष वॉट्सऐप नंबर +91 88157 82574 जारी करेगा। उस नंबर को मोबाइल में सेव करने के बाद केवल हाथ या नमस्ते लिखकर मैसेज भेजना होगा। इसके जवाब में ऑटोमेटेड रिप्लाई आएगा, जिसमें विभिन्न सेवाओं की सूची होगी। नागरिक अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार विकल्प चुनकर प्रक्रिया पूरी कर सकेंगे। यह चैटबॉट एआई और मेटा की तर्ज पर काम करेगा। इसकी जानकारी निगम अपनी वेबसाइट और सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से भी प्रचारित करेगा, ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग इसका लाभ उठा सकें।
बिलासपुर में स्वच्छ वार्ड चैलेंज : मिलेगा 10 लाख रूपये का इनाम
नगर निगम बिलासपुर द्वारा शहर को स्वच्छ रखने और पूरे देश में पहले स्थान पर लाने के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों में एक कदम और आगे बढ़ाते हुए स्वच्छ वार्ड चैलेंज प्रतियोगिता शुरू की जा रही है। इस प्रतियोगिता को शुरू करने की घोषणा केंद्रीय आवास एवं शहरी विकास राज्य मंत्री तोखन साहू ने की। इस चैलेंज के तहत हर माह सभी वार्डों का सर्वे किया जाएगा, जो वार्ड सबसे स्वच्छ होगा, स्वच्छता के पैमाने पर खरा उतरेगा, उसे विकास कार्यों के लिए पुरस्कार स्वरूप 10 लाख रूपये की अतिरिक्त स्वीकृति दी जाएगी। बिलासपुर नगर निगम क्षेत्र में इस बार स्वच्छ गणेश पंडाल की तर्ज पर स्वच्छ दुर्गाेत्सव पंडाल प्रतियोगिता भी शुरू की जाएगी, जिसमें सबसे स्वच्छ दुर्गा पंडाल को प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय स्थान पर पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।
