दृष्टिबाधित बच्चों के लिए तकनीक बनी नई रोशनी : 367 बच्चों को दिया गया स्मार्टफोन आधारित प्रशिक्षण
बिलासपुर,11 सितंबर 2025/दृष्टिबाधित बच्चों की शिक्षा को सुगम्य और समावेशी बनाने की दिशा में छत्तीसगढ़ में एक अनूठी और प्रभावशाली पहल पिछले कुछ वर्षों से चल रही है। समग्र शिक्षा और एम. जंक्शन, कोलकाता के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में सत्र 2019-20 से शुरू की गई इस योजना के अंतर्गत अब तक प्रदेश के 367 दृष्टिबाधित बच्चों को स्मार्टफोन और सहायक तकनीकी उपकरणों के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण दिया जा चुका है।
इसी क्रम में बिलासपुर संभाग के दृष्टिबाधित बच्चों के लिए एक समीक्षा एवं प्रेरणा कार्यक्रम का आयोजन जिला कार्यालय के मंथन सभाकक्ष में किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में बताया गया कि स्मार्टफोन, कीबोर्ड, ईज़ी रीडर और बुकशेयर जैसे डिजिटल टूल्स का किस प्रकार से उपयोग करते हुए बच्चे अपनी शिक्षा को सहजता से ग्रहण कर रहे हैं।
कार्यक्रम में यह भी बताया गया कि कैसे ये उपकरण बच्चों को ऑडियो बुक्स, डिजिटल नोट्स, और ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं से जोड़कर उन्हें मुख्यधारा की शिक्षा प्रणाली से जोड़े हुए हैं। इन उपकरणों ने बच्चों के लिए न केवल पढ़ाई को आसान बनाया है, बल्कि उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर और तकनीक-सक्षम भी बनाया है।
कार्यक्रम में कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल ने बच्चों को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि आप अपनी क्षमताओं को पहचानें, आत्मविश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ें। आपकी निःशक्तता आपके सपनों में बाधा नहीं बननी चाहिए।”उन्होंने पालकों से भी आह्वान किया कि वे शासकीय योजनाओं का लाभ लेकर बच्चों को हरसंभव समर्थन दें और उन्हें शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
कार्यक्रम में वर्चुअल माध्यम से राज्य कार्यालय से श्रीमती सीमा गौरहा, तथा एम. जंक्शन कोलकाता से पिया नंदी और उनकी टीम भी शामिल हुईं। उन्होंने इस परियोजना की अब तक की उपलब्धियों और आगामी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। इस समीक्षा बैठक में संभाग के विभिन्न जिलों से आए कुल 55 प्रतिभागियों ने सहभागिता की। कार्यक्रम में जिला मिशन समन्वयक श्री ओम पांडेय, संयोजक डॉ. अखिलेश तिवारी, डॉ. मुकेश पांडेय, समस्त बीआरपी, स्पेशल एजुकेटर, तथा बच्चों के पालक उपस्थित रहे।
