मुख्यमंत्री ने पैर पखारकर दिया सम्मान, भावुक हुईं स्वच्छता दीदियां – ‘जीवन में पहली बार इतना गर्व महसूस हुआ’
बिलासपुर, 12 अगस्त 2025/ जब मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय और उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने बिलासपुर के बहतराई स्टेडियम में स्वच्छता दीदियों के पैर पखारे, तो यह सम्मान पाकर स्वच्छता दीदियां भावुक हो उठीं। हजारों लोग इस भावुक और प्रेरक क्षण के साक्षी बने।
मुख्यमंत्री और उप मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण-2024-25 में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले नगरीय निकायों की स्वच्छता दीदियों को एक अनूठे तरीके से सम्मानित किया। सम्मानित हुईं स्वच्छता दीदियों ने अपने इस गौरवपूर्ण क्षण के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय और उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री साव के प्रति हृदय से आभार व्यक्त किया।
स्वच्छता दीदियों को सम्मानित करने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि स्वच्छता दीदियां और स्वच्छता कमांडोज़ स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ वातावरण बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। उनका कार्य केवल सफाई तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक सामाजिक परिवर्तन का अभियान है, जिसमें उनके प्रयास सराहनीय हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल से समाज में साफ-सफाई के कार्यों के प्रति सम्मान और जागरूकता बढ़ेगी।
मंच पर सम्मानित हुईं विश्रामपुर की स्वच्छता दीदी पुनीता बाई और कुम्हारी की रानू देवांगन ने कहा कि समाज में अक्सर साफ-सफाई के कार्यों को हेय दृष्टि से देखा जाता है, लेकिन आज मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा पैर पखारकर किया गया यह सम्मान हमारे लिए गर्व का विषय है। यह हमारे परिश्रम, निष्ठा और लगन का सच्चा पुरस्कार है। जनप्रतिनिधियों और नागरिकों के सहयोग से न केवल हमारे कार्य को पहचान मिली है, बल्कि हमारे नगरीय निकायों को सर्वेक्षण में उत्कृष्ट स्थान भी प्राप्त हुआ है।
बिल्हा की पूजा राठौर और दंतेवाड़ा की वसु राज ने बताया कि वे पिछले आठ वर्षों से इस कार्य से जुड़ी हैं, लेकिन आज जीवन में पहली बार इतना गौरवपूर्ण क्षण आया है। स्वच्छता दीदी शारदा सोनी और किरण सिंह ने भी अपनी खुशी व्यक्त करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय और उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव के प्रति आत्मीय आभार प्रकट किया।
