लोफंदी में मनाया गया राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा दिवस : 90 की उम्र में भी काम करने वाले बुनकर पदुमलाल का सम्मान
बिलासपुर, 7 अगस्त 2025/शहर से लगे ग्राम लोफंदी में 11वां राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा दिवस समारोहपूर्वक मनाया गया। कार्यक्रम का आयोजन सत्यनारायण बुनकर सहकारी समिति मर्यादित लोफन्दी में किया गया। समारोह में जिले के हाथकरघा वस्त्र उत्पादन में सम्मिलित बुनकर समिति के अध्यक्ष, प्रतिनिधि एवं बुनकर शामिल हुए। इस खास अवसर पर 90 साल की उम्र में भी सक्रिय होकर बुनकरी का काम करने वाले श्री पदुमलाल पिता मनिराम देवांगन का सम्मान किया गया। इसके अलावा 70 वर्ष से ज्यादा आयु वाले सभी बुनकरों का हाथकरघा विभाग की ओर से अभिनंदन किया गया। राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा दिवस के अवसर पर उपस्थिति सभी बुनकर सदस्यों को एक-एक पौधा भेट किये गये तथा ग्राम-लोफन्दी में वृक्षारोपण कर उन्हे संरक्षित करने का संकल्प बुनकरों के द्वारा लिया गया है।
ग्रामोद्योग विभाग, संचालनालय हाथकरघा रायपुर द्वारा सत्यनारायण बुनकर सहकारी समिति में आहता निर्माण हेतु समग्र हाथकरघा विकास योजनान्तर्गत राशि रूपये 10 लाख की स्वीकृति दी गयी। उक्त राशि से समिति में अहाता निर्माण किये जाने हेतु भूमि पूजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित श्री डोमूदास धकाते उपंसचालक जिला हाथकरघा कार्यालय बिलासपुर द्वारा हाथकरघा बुनकरों के विकास हेतु संचालित भारत सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गयी। राज्य शासन की महत्वकांक्षी शासकीय वस्त्र प्रदाय योजनार्न्तगत प्राप्त वस्त्र उत्पादन लक्ष्य को समय सीमा में पूर्ण करने हेतु सम्मुचित मार्गदर्शन बुनकरों को किया गया। कार्यक्रम में ग्राम-लोफन्दी के सरपंच श्री अयोध्या प्रसाद देवांगन, सत्यनारायण बुनकर सहकारी समिति के अध्यक्ष बजरंग देवांगन एवं जिले की अन्य बुनकर सहकारी समिति के अध्यक्ष/प्रतिनिधि तथा ग्राम-लोफन्दी के सैकड़ों बुनकर उपस्थित रहे है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि भारत सरकार द्वारा 7 अगस्त को राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा दिवस घोषित किये जाने के फलस्वरूप प्रथम राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा दिवस चैन्नई में इसी दिन आयोजित किया गया था। हाथकरघा की बुनाई हमारी सांस्कृतिक धरोहर का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। बुनकरों द्वारा हाथकरघा पर निर्मित वस्त्र बुनाई कला देश की पहचान को विश्वभर में प्रसिद्ध बनाया है। हाथकरघा क्षेत्र में अपनी अद्वितीय बुनाई कला और कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया है और भारतीय हाथकरघा को वैश्विक पहचान दिलाई है।हाथकरघा बुनकरों की धरोहर और संस्कृति को धागों के माध्यम से संजोने में अहम भूमिका निभाने वाले सभी शिल्पकारों एवं बुनकरों को यह राष्ट्रीय हाथकरघा दिवस समर्पित है।
