कलेक्टर ने टीएल बैठक में की फ्लैगशीप योजनाओं की समीक्षा; सड़क में पकड़े गए आवारा मवेशियों को गरीबों में बांटा जायेगा
बिलासपुर,15 जुलाई 2025/ कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल ने साप्ताहिक टीएल बैठक में आज राज्य सरकार की फ्लैगशीप योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने खासकर आयुष्मान कार्ड, एग्रीस्टेक पोर्टल एवं पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजनाओं में शिथिलता बरतने पर अधिकारियों को आड़े हाथों लिया। उन्होंने एक सुस्पष्ट कार्य-योजना के साथ गांव-गांव में शिविर लगाकर इन योजनाओं का लाभ हितग्राहियों को दिलाना सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। लगभग 5 लाख लोगों के आयुष्मान कार्ड अभी भी नहीं बनाये जा सके हैं। पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के अंतर्गत लगभग सवा लाख किसानों में से 19 हजार को योजना का लाभ नहीं दिलाया जा सका है। उन्होंने वंचित किसानों की ग्रामवार सूची निकालकर उनसे व्यक्तिगत संपर्क कर 15 दिनों में ई-केवाईसी सहित अन्य औपचारिकताएं पूर्ण करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए।
कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल ने केवल 2 हजार प्रतिदिन बनाये जा रहे नये कार्ड को नाकाफी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग का इतना बड़ा अमला होने के बावजूद इतनी कम प्रगति स्वीकार योग्य नहीं है। विभागीय कर्मचारियों के नाकारापन के कारण लोगों को सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित नहीं किया जा सकता। स्वास्थ्य विभाग लीड ले तो अन्य विभाग भी सहयोग प्रदान करेंगे। उन्होंने सड़कों पर पकड़े गये आवारा मवेशियों को बैगा आदिवासियों अथवा अन्य गरीब लोगों मंे निःशुल्क वितरित करने के निर्देश दिए। पशु चिकित्सा विभाग को इसके लिए कार्य-योजना बनाने को कहा है। शहर के मोपका गोठान में रखे गये आवारा पशुओं के स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण करने को भी कहा है। कलेक्टर ने बिजली खम्बों पर विज्ञापन बोर्ड टांगने वालों के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई के निर्देश भी दिए। ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ जुर्माना आरोपित किया जाये।
