16 जून से शाला प्रवेश उत्सव – स्कूलों में समुचित व्यवस्था के निर्देश

बिलासपुर, 03 जून 2025/राज्य शासन के निर्देशासनुसार छात्र-छात्राओं को स्वच्छ व सुंदर वातावरण में गुणवत्तायुक्त शिक्षा देने स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग लगातार कार्य कर रहा है। प्रतिवर्ष की भंाति इस वर्ष भी शाला प्रवेश उत्सव का आयोजन 16 जून 2025 से प्रत्येक स्तर पर किया जाना है। शाला प्रवेश उत्सव की प्रारंभिक तैयारी के साथ-साथ पर्याप्त प्रचार-प्रसार के संबंध में स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने दिशा निर्देश जारी किया गया है।

जारी दिशा-निर्देश अनुसार समस्त स्कूलों में शिक्षण सत्र प्रारंभ होने के पूर्व शाला भवन परिसर, अध्यापन कक्षों की साफ-सफाई एवं मरम्मत कराने कहा गया है। शाला को आकर्षक एवं परिसर में प्रिन्ट-रिच वातावरण बनाने, मरम्मत योग्य भवनों की मरम्मत 10 जून 2025 तक पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए। शाला प्रवेश उत्सव का जोर-शोर से एवं व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने तथा यथासंभव बैनर-पोस्टर लगाने, रैली निकाली संबंधी निर्देश दिए।

गांवों में तथा शहरी वार्डों में मुनादी कराई कराने, स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि एवं शाला विकास समिति एवं पालकों को विशेष रूप से आमंत्रित करने कहा गया है। शाला स्तर, संकुल स्तर, ब्लॉक स्तर एवं जिला स्तर पर शाला प्रवेश उत्सव मनाया जावे ताकि सत्र के प्रारंभ से ही अध्ययन-अध्यापन के लिए बेहतर माहौल तैयार हो सके, इसके लिए जिला स्तर पर आवश्यक रूप रेखा तैयार कर ली जाये। विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति पंजी पहले से ही संधारित कर ली जावे। कक्षा पहली के लिए आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र से बच्चों की सूची प्राप्त कर तथा प्रवेश देने की कार्यवाही करने के साथ ही शाला त्यागी बच्चों को शिक्षा के प्रति प्रेरित कर शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों से जोड़ने निर्देशित किया गया है।
