कुछ मिनट की हवापानी रात भर लाइट गुल होना बिलासपुर की पहचान: शिकायत केंद्र में नहीं मिलते कोई भी जवाबदार
बिलासपुर। अघोषित बिजली कटौती से परेशान लोगों रोज नेहरू नगर व तिफरा स्थित बिजली ऑफिस का घेराव कर हंगामा कर रहे हैं। इस दौरान लोगों ने बिजली की समस्या दूर नहीं होने पर उग्र आंदोलन करने की चेतावनी दी जारी है।नगर क्षेत्र में कोई सुनने वाला कोई नहीं है पूरी रात-रात भर लाइट गुल रहती है भीषण गर्मी 43 डिग्री तापमान से लोग त्रस्त हैं।नेहरू नगर विद्युत केंद्र शिकायत केंद्र में कभी भी कॉल करे कोई अटेंड नहीं किया जाता और ना ही कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहते हैं । शिकायत केंद्र के पटल में दिया गया नंबर भी अधूरा है।
विधुत व्यवस्था ठेका में दिया गया है राम भरोसे बिजली व्यवस्था चल रही है। क्षेत्रीय जनप्रतिनिधि भी अपना पल्ला झाड़ लेते हैं विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारी ऐसी चेंबर में बैठ विद्युत व्यवस्था सुधारने की रोड मैप बना रहे हैं।2 मिनट की हल्की आंधी रिमझिम में रात भर लाइट गोल होना बिलासपुर में आम बात है।गत दिवस से सिरगिट्टी के वार्ड क्रमांक 10 में बिजली आए दिन बिजली बंद होने के चलते लोगों को भीषण गर्मी में पीने की पानी सहित अन्य दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
वार्ड में बिजली गुल होने की शिकायत पर विभाग के अधिकारी ओवरलोड होने और उपकरणों की कमी को वजह बताकर पल्ला झाड़ ले रहे हैं। लेकिन, अघोषित कटौती की समस्या दूर नहीं हो रही है।
इसके चलते वार्ड में कभी भी बिजली बंद हो जाती है। परेशान लोगों ने सोमवार को बिजली ऑफिस का घेराव कर दिया। इस दौरान नारेबाजी करते हुए जमकर हंगामा मचाया। नाराज लोगों का कहना था कि विभाग के अधिकारी एसी चेंबर में बैठे रहते हैं। वहीं, आम लोग भीषण गर्मी में उबल रहे हैं। उन्हें लोगों की दिक्कतों से कोई मतलब नहीं है।
