13 मई को नीलामी का दूसरा चरण
बिलासपुर, 12 मई/ कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल ने आज जिला कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में राइस मिलर्स की बैठक ली। उन्होंने मिल मालिकों को बचे हुए धान की नीलामी प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने के निर्देश दिए। प्रथम चरण के बाद लगभग 700 स्टैक धान नीलामी के लिए संग्रहण केंद्रों में बचा है। राज्य शासन द्वारा बचे हुए धान का विक्रय दर निर्धारित कर नीलामी किया जा रहा है। नीलामी का प्रथम चरण पूर्ण हो चुका है। दूसरा चरण कल 13 मई को निर्धारित है। गौरतलब है कि नान और एफसीआई को देने के बाद जिले में 1100 स्टैक धान बचा था। प्रथम चरण की नीलामी में 400 स्टैक धान उठ चुका है। अब लगभग 700 स्टैक धान विभिन्न संग्रहण केंद्रों में बचा हुआ हैं। इन स्टैकों की प्राइस मैचिंग करते हुए उठाव के निर्देश कलेक्टर ने राइस मिलर्स को दिए।
राज्य शासन ने मोटा धान पुराने बारदाना के लिए 1900 और नए बारदाना के लिए 1950 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल विक्रय दर निर्धारित किया है। पतला धान पुराना बोरा के लिए 2050 रुपए और नया बोरा के 2100 रुपया तय किया गया है। जिले में 176 राइस मिलें हैं। इनमें 155 अरवा मिल और 21 उसना राइस मिल शामिल हैं। संग्रहण केंद्रों में धान के उठाव में हमाल की समस्या बताई गई। डीएमओ को इसका समाधान के निर्देश दिए गए।
कलेक्टर ने राइस मिलर्स द्वारा बताई गई अन्य समस्याएं भी नोट किए और उचित समाधान के लिए राज्य शासन से पहल करने का भरोसा दिलाया। उन्होंने आवंटित स्टैक को 15 दिन में अनिवार्य रूप से उठाव पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में खाद्य नियंत्रक अनुराग भदौरिया, डीएमओ शंभूनाथ गुप्ता, नान के प्रबंधक संजय तिवारी, सभी फूड इंस्पेक्टर सहित राइस मिल एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी और सदस्य उपस्थित थे।
