पेंड्रीडीह बाईपास के इर्द गिर्द 26 बेज़ा कब्जा हटाए गए

बिलासपुर/ हाई कोर्ट बिलासपुर में दाखिल जनहित याचिका के पालन में कलेक्टर बिलासपुर के निर्देशानुसार रायपुर रोड पर पेंड्रीडीह बायपास के इर्द गिर्द किए गए अतिक्रमण को हटाने की कार्रवाई की गई। इस दौरान कुल 26 व्यक्तियों का अतिक्रमण हटाया गया।
नायब तहसीलदार बोदरी की टीम ने आज पुलिस टीम के साथ सुबह 10 बजे से पेंड्रीडीह बायपास पास पहुंची, जहां पर अलग अलग किए किए गए कुल 26 लोगों का अतिक्रमण हटाया गया है। उनके द्वारा सड़क मद और घास भूमि में बेज़ा कब्जा कर दुकान, मकान और ठेला लगा लिया गया था।जिनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई हुई, उनमें पुरुषोत्तम,सुधाराम,महेश साहू, कृष्ण कुमार, सुल्तान,रामप्यारी, मिलउराम, हसन अंसारी, कन्हैयालाल, मनीष गढ़वाल, रामप्रसाद, दसरू पाल, राहुल नाग, संजू सिंह, तितरा, राजू, अशोक श्रीवास, प्रताप,कुंज बिहारी, नरेंद्र कुमार, धनीराम साहू, दुकालू और प्रेम साहू शामिल हैं।उक्त अतिक्रमण उच्च न्यायालय बिलासपुर के जनहित याचिका क्रमांक 58/2019 संजय रजक विरुद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य और अन्य में पारित किए गए आदेश के परिपालन में कार्रवाई की गई। इस कार्रवाई में राजस्व विभाग, पुलिस विभाग, एनएचएआई एवं स्थानीय पंचायत की टीम उपस्थित थे।
