फॉर्मर आईडी से कृषि योजनाओं सहित अन्य योजनाओं का मिलेगा सीधा फायदा
बिलासपुर/जिस तरह लोगों के अपनी पहचान बताने के लिए आधार कार्ड दिखाना पड़ता है इसी तरह अब किसानों का भी फार्मर आईडी बनाया जा रहा है। किसानों को अपनी पहचान बताने के लिए किसी दफ्तर का चक्कर नहीं काटना पड़ेगा, कृषि क्षेत्र में डिजिटल कांति लाने की पहल की जा रही है। एग्री स्टेक परियोजना के तहत् जिले के सभी किसानों की डिजिटल फार्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) बनाई जा रही है। यहीं कृषि भूमि को आधार से लिंक किया जायेगा, अब तक एग्री स्टेक पोर्टल में जिले के 56 हजार से ज्यादा किसानों द्वारा पंजीयन कराया जा चुका है।
पंजीकृत किसानों को कृषि योजनाओं के साथ-साथ उद्यानिकी, पशुपालन और मतस्य पालन विभाग आदि सभी का पारदर्शी रूप से सीधा लाभ संभव होगा। यदि किसान समय-सीमा के भीतर पंजीयन नहीं कराते हैं, तो शासकीय योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित हो सकते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की आगामी किस्त का हस्तांतरण फार्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) के आधार पर किये जाने हेतु भारत सरकार के निर्देश हैं। फार्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) बनवाने अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
कलेक्टर श्री अवनीश शरण द्वारा एग्री स्टेक में फार्मर आईडी बनाने हेतु राजस्व कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग के सहकारी समितियों तथा लोक सेवा केन्द्र (सीएससी) को 30 मार्च 2025 तक पंजीयन का कार्य पूर्ण करने हेतु कड़े निर्देश दिया गया है। ग्राम पंचायतों में शिविर लगाकर डिजिटल फार्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) बनाई जा रही है. पंजीयन हेतु प्रचार-प्रसार तथा किसानों की सहयोग के लिए ग्रामीण कृषि विस्तार अधिकारियों एवं पंजीयन को अप्रुवल करने के लिए पटवारियों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है।
एग्री स्टेक पोर्टल पर कृषक स्वयं पंजीयन कर सकते हैं अथवा अपने निकटतम लोक सेवा केन्द्र (सीएससी) में जाकर पंजीयन करा सकते हैं। फॉर्मर आईडी बनवाने के लिए किसान को अपने सभी कृषि भूमि का बी-1, ऋण पुस्तिका, अधार कार्ड और आधार से लिंक मोबाईल नम्बर (जिसमें आधार सत्यापन ओटीपी प्राप्त होती हो) की आवश्यकता होगी।
किसान को मिलेगा 11 अंकों की विशिष्ट पहचान
पोर्टल में पंजीयन कराने के बाद किसानों को आधार आधारित 11 अंकों की एक यूनिक फार्मर आईडी (विशिष्ट किसान आईडी) मिलेगी, जिससे किसान डिजिटल रूप से अपनी पहचान प्रमाणित कर सकेंगे। किसानों को धान विक्रय हेतु पंजीयन, कृषि, उद्यानिकी, पशुपालन, मतस्यीकी ऋण हेतु आवेदन, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि लाभ प्राप्त करने, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाने में जैसे कार्यों में आसानी होगी।
कृषि विभाग के उप संचालक श्री पीडी हथेश्वर ने जिले के सभी किसानों से अपील की है कि 30 मार्च 2025 तक स्वयं अथवा लोक सेवा केन्द्र से एग्री स्टेक पोर्टल में पंजीयन कराकर डिजिटल फार्मर आईडी (किसान कार्ड) बनवा लेवें।
