स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण में अच्छी रैंकिंग के लिए पुख्ता तैयारी के दिए निर्देश, लंबित विद्युत देयकों का भुगतान प्राथमिकता से करने कहा; सभी नगरीय निकायों को 15 दिनों में सिटी डेव्हलपमेंट प्लान तैयार कर संचालनालय भेजने के निर्देश
बिलासपुर. 28 फरवरी 2025. उप मुख्यमंत्री तथा नगरीय प्रशासन एवं विकास मंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने आज वरिष्ठ विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ सभी नगरीय निकायों की बैठक लेकर कार्यों की समीक्षा की। छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा स्थित समिति कक्ष में आयोजित बैठक में सभी नगर निगमों के आयुक्त तथा नगर पालिकाओं और नगर पंचायतों के मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी वर्चुअली शामिल हुए। उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री साव के साथ नगरीय प्रशासन विभाग के सचिव डॉ. बसवराजु एस. और संचालक श्री आर. एक्का भी बैठक में मौजूद थे।
उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने बैठक में सभी नगरीय निकायों को केन्द्रीय आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय के स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण-2024 में अच्छी रैंकिंग हासिल करने के लिए पुख्ता तैयारी के निर्देश दिए। आगामी मार्च महीने के प्रथम सप्ताह में सर्वेक्षण दलों द्वारा स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण-2024, ओडीएफ एवं जीएफसी प्रमाणीकरण का कार्य प्रारंभ किया जाएगा। श्री साव ने बैठक में सर्वेक्षण के दौरान मूल्यांकन के लिए प्रमुख दस मापदण्डों, 54 प्रमुख संकेतको एवं 166 सह-संकेतकों की जानकारी देते हुए सभी बिन्दुओं पर निकायों को वांछित तैयारियां रखने को कहा। इसमें किसी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने इस संबंध में निकायों द्वारा अब तक की गई तैयारियों और व्यवस्थाओं की भी जानकारी ली।
श्री साव ने नगरीय क्षेत्रों में दर्शनीय स्वच्छता के लिए सार्वजनिक व व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों में नियमित सफाई, ट्विन-बिन्स की उपलब्धता, शत-प्रतिशत ठोस अपशिष्ट संग्रहण एवं परिवहन, सीटीयू/ब्लैक स्पॉट/जीवीपी से मुक्त शहर, बैक-लेन/नालियों एवं जल-स्त्रोतों की साफ-सफाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने आगामी समीक्षा बैठकों में सभी नगरीय निकायों के स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण-2024 के परिणामों की निकायवार समीक्षा करने की बात कही। निकायों के प्रदर्शन एवं रैंकिंग के विश्लेषण के बाद इसमें गिरावट पाए जाने पर राज्य शासन स्तर द्वारा कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री साव ने बैठक में निकायों में लंबित विद्युत देयकों के निपटान एवं 15वें वित्त आयोग से संबंधित कार्यवाहियां समय-सीमा में पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।गए। उन्होंने सभी नगरीय निकायों को 15 दिनों में विभागीय दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप सिटी डेव्हलपमेंट प्लान तैयार कर संचालनालय भेजने को कहा। सुडा (SUDA) के सीईओ श्री शशांक पाण्डेय और नगरीय प्रशासन विभाग के अपर संचालक श्री पुलक भट्टाचार्य भी समीक्षा बैठक में मौजूद थे।
