ACB टीम की BEO ऑफिस में दबिश : रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ा, बीईओ, बाबू और एक शिक्षक को लिया हिरासत में
अंबिकापुर । छत्तीसगढ़ के अंबिकापुर में एसीबी की टीम ने सीतापुर BEO ऑफिस में दबिश दी है। इस दौरान टीम ने खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी, बाबू सहित एक शिक्षक को हिरासत में लिया है। शिक्षक से 25 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत मांगी थी। जिसका सौदा 15 हजार रुपए में हुआ था। वहीं 15 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है। शिक्षक की शिकायत के बाद ACB की टीम ने कार्रवाई की है। वहीं इस मामले में खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी मिथलेश सिंह,एक बाबू और शिक्षक से पूछताछ जारी है।
एसीबी की कार्रवाई
वहीं बीते महीने एसीबी की टीम भिलाई के स्मृतिनगर पुलिस चौकी पहुंची थी। जहां प्रधान आरक्षक रामकृष्ण सिन्हा को टीम ने 10 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत लेते दबोच लिया था। एसीबी के अधिकारियों ने बताया था कि प्रार्थी बी-फार्मा का विद्यार्थी था, जो नेहरू नगर में निवास करता है। उसने एन्टी करप्शन ब्यूरो रायपुर में शिकायत की थी कि उसका कुछ दिन पूर्व एक विवाद हुआ था, जिसकी शिकायत थाने में लंबित थी।
रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ा
जांच के दौरान प्रधान आरक्षक रामकृष्ण सिन्हा से मुलाकात करने पर शिकायत का खात्मा करवाने के एवज में उसने प्रार्थी से 20 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत मांगी थी। 10 हजार में डील फाइनल हुई थी। एसीबी ने प्रार्थी को 10 हजार रुपए देकर प्रधान आरक्षक के पास भेजा था। आरोपी प्रधान आरक्षक रामकृष्ण सिन्हा ने जैसे ही रुपए लिए, एसीबी की टीम ने उसे पकड़ लिया। आरोपी के विरुद्ध धारा-7 पीसीएक्ट 1988 के प्रावधानों के तहत कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
