गौण खनिज चूना पत्थर उत्खनन के पट्टे पर रोक के लिए रहमान कांपा के ग्रामीण लामबंद
पण्डरिया/ पण्डरिया-वनांचल के रहमान कांपा के ग्रामीणों ने क्षेत्र में प्रस्तावित गौण खनिज चूना पत्थर उत्खनन पट्टे के खिलाफ एकजुट होकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि चूना पत्थर के उत्खनन से उनकी आजीविका, पर्यावरण, और जल स्रोतों पर गंभीर असर पड़ेगा।
प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का संरक्षण मुख्य मुद्दा ग्रामीणों का मानना है कि क्षेत्र की उपजाऊ भूमि और पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को खनन गतिविधियों से बड़ा नुकसान हो सकता है। उनके अनुसार, चूना पत्थर उत्खनन से मिट्टी की उर्वरता कम होगी, भूजल स्तर घटेगा, और धूल व प्रदूषण का स्तर बढ़ेगा।
सामूहिक बैठक और विरोध प्रदर्शन गांव के प्रमुख लोगों ने बैठक आयोजित कर इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और खनन पट्टे को स्वीकृत न किए जाने की मांग की। ग्रामीणों ने अपनी आवाज़ उठाने के लिए स्थानीय विधायक कार्यालय, जिला कलेक्टर, अनुविभागीय अधिकारी राजस्व, तहसील कार्यालय में ज्ञापन भी सौंपा।
ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन और खनिज विभाग से अपील की है कि वे इस मामले को गंभीरता से लें और चूना पत्थर खनन पट्टे की स्वीकृति रोकें। उन्होंने यह भी चेतावनी दी कि यदि उनकी मांगें नहीं मानी गईं, तो वे बड़े स्तर पर आंदोलन करेंगे। ज्ञातव्य हो कि उक्त शासकीय भूमि पर आस-पास के कई गांव व पण्डरिया शहर के निवासियों मवेशियों के लिए चारागाह के रूप में उपयोग किया जाता रहा है। उक्त जमीन पर उत्खनन कार्य हेतु पट्टा स्वीकृति देने से आसपास के कई गांवों व पशु पालकों के समक्ष चारागाह की समस्या खड़ी हो सकती है।
यह मामला प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के संरक्षण और ग्रामीणों के अधिकारों के बीच संतुलन बनाए रखने का है। अब देखना यह होगा कि प्रशासन ग्रामीणों की आवाज़ पर क्या कदम उठाता है।
