कुयोग से अमृत मिशन भी भाजपा की कोख से ही निकली हुई ऐसी परियोजना है जिसके पूर्ण होने की अभी कोई गारंटी नहीं है
जिस योजना की “मूडी-पूछी” तक का अभी कोई पता नहीं…उसके लिए क्यों अंधाधुंध खोद रहे हैं शहर

बिलासपुर। अगर आप किसी को चुपचाप जहर पिलाना चाहते हैं..? तो एक सीसी में जहर भरकर उसके ऊपर “अमृत” लिख दो। और फिर सामने वाले को उसे दे दो। वो गरीब बेचारा…उसको अमृत समझ कर ही पी लेगा। रहा सवाल इसका कि इसके बाद उसका क्या होगा…? तो हमारा जवाब यह है कि…. जहर पीने के बाद उसका हाल वही होगा..जो इस समय अमृत मिशन परियोजना के कारण बिलासपुर शहर और यहां के गली मोहल्लों का हो रहा है। साथ में दिए गए चित्र में तिलक नगर मेन रोड पर, अंतू लाल पेट्रोल पंप से लेकर मेघानी डॉक्टर के अस्पताल और उसके आसपास का नजारा है।
जरा देख लीजिए… हर हमेशा सुंदर और सपाट रहने वाली तिलकनगर की मुख्य सड़क का सीवरेज की खुदाई के बाद अमृत मिशन वाले क्या हाल कर रहे हैं..? ऐसा लगता है कि डेढ साल पहले प्रदेश की सत्ता से विदा हुए भाजपा के हुक्मरानों ने बिलासपुर शहर का केवल नाम ही गड्ढापुर या खोदापुर नहीं किया था…वरन खोदापुर और गड्ढापुर को बिलासपुर शहर का नसीब ही बना दिया। मानों भाजपा की बीती सरकार पर बैठे हुक्मरानों और ताहुतदारों ने बिलासपुर वालों के लिए यह सूत्र वाक्य ही बना दिया था कि…बिलासपुर के लोगों.. तुमने हमें वोट नहीं दिया.. कोई बात नहीं… हम सरकार में रहे ना रहें..लेकिन शहर में सड़कों को खोदने और जगह-जगह गड्ढे करने वाली हमारी सीवरेज और अमृत मिशन सरीखी योजनाएं…तुमको हमेशा, हमारी याद दिलाती रहेंगी…और दुर्भाग्य से बिलासपुर में अब यही सब कुछ हो रहा है…या तो गड्ढे हो रहे हैं…या गड्ढों के रेस्टोरेशन के नाम से सिर्फ रस्म अदायगी की जा रही है..बिलासपुर के तिलक नगर में अमृत मिशन के गड्ढों की तकलीफ पूरा शहर देख रहा है। विडंबना देखिए कि यहां के पार्षद ने जब रेस्टोरेशन के घटिया काम को लेकर अपनी तीसरी आंख खोली…तो अमृत मिशन वालों ने रेस्टोरेशन के नाम से तिलक नगर में मुख्य मार्ग पर जगह-जगह “सरहा गिट्टियों” के इतने ढेर लगा दिए हैं कि अब आने जाने तक की जगह भी नहीं बची है। सो.. बिलासपुर के लोगों अभी और भुगतो…। बिलासपुर शहर में लगातार 15 साल तक मनमानी योजनाओं के जो बबूल बोए गए हैं…उनसे आम नहीं वरन कांटे ही निकलेंगे..! रहा सवाल बिलासपुर के भविष्य का..तो
प्रदेश और निगम की नई सरकार को 15 साल तक बिलासपुर में फैली अंड-बंड योजनाओं की विष बेल को जड़ से खोदकर बाहर कचरे में फेंकने में कुछ साल तो लगेंगे ही…!
