आवेदन लिए कलेक्टर आयुक्त के चक्कर काट रहे हैं, ब्रोसर में दिए 16 में से एक भी सुविधा पूर्ण नहीं, संचालक मो आसिफ जाफरी के झूठे आश्वासन से कालोनीवासी त्रस्त
बिलासपुर। नगर के नामी आसमा बिल्डर एवं कॉलोनाइजर लिमिटेड द्वारा सकरी रोड के कॉलोनी वासियों को मूलभूत सुविधाएं अब तक उपलब्ध नहीं है । आसमा डीलक्स कॉलोनी सकरी में निवासरत समस्त रहवासियों ने बिल्डर पर उचित कार्रवाई कर समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु कलेक्टर व नगर निगम आयुक्त को लिखित ज्ञापन सौंपकर अपनी मांगे रखी हैं ।
ज्ञात हो कि संचालक मो आसिफ जाफरी आसमां बिल्डर एंड कॉलोनीजर विगत 13 वर्षों से भवन निर्माण कर बिक्री का कारोबार कर रही है । बिल्डर प्रारंभ में अपने विज्ञापन व ब्रोसर में रंगीन लोकलुभावन सुविधाओं को प्रस्तुत कर मकान और प्लाट खरीदारों को आकर्षित किया और आज भी कर रहे हैं । ब्रोशर में लगभग 16 अलग-अलग सुविधाओं को कॉलोनी में उपलब्ध कराने की बातें कहीं थी । यथार्थ में इन 13 वर्षों के बाद भी एक भी सुविधा पूरी नहीं की है। अब कॉलोनी वासी हताश होकर निगम आयुक्त व कलेक्टर को लिखित ज्ञापन देकर अपनी मांगी रखे हैं ।
उक्त शिकायत पर संयुक्त संचालक ग्राम तथा नगर निवेश बिलासपुर द्वारा तत्काल स्थल निरीक्षण किया । जिसमें उन्होंने भी शिकायत को सही पाया । इसके बावजूद नगर प्रशासन जिला प्रशासन की ओर से भी अब तक कोई कार्यवाही बिल्डर्स पर नहीं की गई । इससे चमचमाते हुए आकर्षक ब्रोशर लोगों को दिग भ्रमित करने कर फसाने की मंशा स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रही है। प्रशासन का अब तक इस पर कार्यवाही नहीं करना बिल्डर और प्रशासन की मिलीभगत भी की अंदेशा होती दिख रही है ।
कॉलोनीवासी आवेदन लिए दर-दर जहां-तहां घूमते दिख रहे हैं । बरसात में समस्या और विकराल होने की अंदेशा है। सीवरेज सही ना होने से महामारी और बीमारियां को भी नकारा नहीं जा सकता बिल्डर द्वारा ब्रोशर में सुविधा दी गई सुविधाओं में एक भी कार्य अब तक पूर्ण नही हो पाया है । इसके बावजूद बिल्डर का हौसला बुलंद व ऊपरी पकड़ जबरदस्त है।
13 वर्षों से निवासरत परिवार लोगों के समस्या को नजरअंदाज करते हुए। आसमा बिल्डर एवं कॉलोनाइजर ने फिर से अपने चौथे फेस के लिए चमचमाते ब्रोसर के साथ नया प्रोजेक्ट आकर्षक सुविधाओं के साथ लांच कर चुके हैं। यानी लोगों को फंसाने का खेल फिर से शुरू कर चुके हैं । इन इस तरह के कारोबारियों पर प्रशासन द्वारा शिकंजा कब कसा जाएगा यह समझ से परे है।
आसमा निवासी इंतजार कर रहे हैं । एक दिन प्रशासन जागेगा,,, बिल्डर को जगायेंगे ,, और उनकी मांगे पूरी होगी । शायद तब कालोनीवासियों के अच्छे दिनों आएंगा ।
