बिलासपुर । विश्व गायत्री परिवार के तत्वाधान में आयोजित वेबिनार द्वारा कोरोना के बचाव के लिए छ. ग. युवा प्रकोष्ठ के संयोजक व अध्यक्ष श्री ओम प्रकाश राठौर के टीम द्वारा आयोजित किया गया था, कोरोना की विविध जानकारी देते हुए नेत्र विशेषज्ञ डॉ. एल. सी. मढ़रिया ने बताया की कोरोना महामारी से पूरा विश्व प्रभावित है, और हमारे देश में हर 24 घंटे में लगभग 10 ,000 से ज्यादा मरीज बढ़ रहे है और अगर यही स्तर रहा तो स्थिति भारत में बहुत चिंता जनक हो जाएगी, चुकी इस बीमारी का अभी तक कोई कारगर दवाई व वेक्सीन नहीं बन पाया है, डॉ. एल. सी मढ़रिया व राठौर ने छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी गायत्री परिजन को संछिप्त में निम्न बातें बताये ।

इस कोरोना से बचने व लड़ने के लिए मुख्य रूप से दो बातें है

पहला मानसिक रूप से सुदृढ़ होना और दूसरा बीमारी से बचाव जो सरकारद्वारा वर्णित है। मानसिक रूप से सुदृण इक्छा शक्ति होना चाहिए की यह बीमारी मुझे नहीं हो सकता। गायत्री परिजन गायत्री मंत्र का जाप करे, दूसरे भाई बहन अपने अपने इष्ट देव, गुरु, अल्लाह, या ईशा मसीह जो जिसकी आराधना करते है वे ये सोचे की मेरे प्रभु की कृपा से मेरे चारों ओर एक सुरक्षा चक्र बन गया है, जिससे बीमारी मेरे और मेरे परिवार को नहीं हो सकता है। दूसरा अपनी इम्युनिटी प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ने के लिए, योग प्राणायाम, दूध में हल्दी डालकर सेवन करे, नीबू अपने भोजन में ले, जिससे विटामिन मिलेगा, जिन्हे आयुर्वेद में विश्वास है वे गिलोय व अश्वगंधा का सेवन कर सकते है इस सब से आँख की बीमारी से लड़ने की क्षमता बढ़ेगी।

दूसरा तरीका जो संक्रमण से बचने के लिए है, जो सरकार द्वारा गाइड लाइन दिया गया है

1 . सोसियल डिस्टेंसिंग 1 से 2 मीटर की दुरी रखे l
2 . हमेशा मास्क लगाए (तीन परत वाला ) इसे आप घर में सिलाई करके एक व्यक्ति के लिए दो मास्क रखे उपयोग होने के बाद उसे साबुन से धो देवे (६ घंटे बाद )
3 . हमेशा हाथ को 20 सेकंड तक साबुन से धोये या सेनिटाइज़र से साफ़ करे
4 . बाहर से घर आते है तो सभी कपड़ो को साबुन से धोये व कुनकुने पानी से सिर धोकर साबुन से नहाये
5 . मार्केट से लाये सब्जी को – एक चम्मच खाने के सोडा व दो चम्मच नमक डालकर २० मिनट पानी में डुबाकर रखेमार्केट से कोई भी पैकेट सामान आये उसे सेनेटाइज़ करके घर के अन्दर लावे।

इन सब के अलावा अगर किसी भाई को कोरोना का लक्षण दिखे
जैसे बुखार आना, खासी होना अगर आंख लाल होती है तो तुरंत नेत्र सर्जन को दिखावे या श्वास में तकलीफ हो तो तुरंत अपने डॉ. को दिखावे और इलाज लेवे व 14 दिन घर में ही क्वारनटाइन में रहे, घर के सब सदस्यों से अलग रहे। ये सब चीजे करके आप कोरोना से बच सकते है इस परिचर्चा में श्री प्रताप रंजन वर्मा नोडल अधिकारी, गायत्री स्वस्थ्य जागरूकता अभियान व गायत्री के अन्य परिजनों ने भाग लिया व शपथ लिया के इस सन्देश में उनके द्वारा गांव में पहुंचेंगे और हमारे छत्तीसगढ़ को कोरोना से हराएंगे।
