अरपा किनारे तिलक नगर निवासियों को घर खाली करने की नोटिस : निगम ने कहा ना करने पर होगी बेदखली की सख्त कार्यवाही

बिलासपुर । वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना काल में अरपा को जीवंत करने की कवायद में नदी किनारे रहने वालों के लिए आफत मंडराने लगी है । सर के ऊपर बरसात का महीना ऊपर से घर खाली करने की नोटिस , तिलकनगर के नदी किनारे रहने वालों को मिला नोटिस वो भी आखरी तारीख को निवासी समझ नही पा रहे हैं ।आखिर कहा जाय क्या करें , अरपा नदी में नगर निगम बिलासपुर दोनों किनारे सड़क बनवाने की तैयारी कर रहा है । वहीं सिंचाई विभाग भी शहर में दो बैराज बनाने के लिए शासन को प्रस्ताव भेज चुकी है । बैराज के बनने से गोलपारा और तिलक नगर में नदी किनारे कई घर डूबान में आ सकते हैं । इससे पहले निगम नदी के दोनों किनारे बड़ी चौड़ी सड़कें बनाने हेतु नाप जोक शुरू कर चुकी है । नदी किनारे रहने वालों को घर खाली करने हेतु नोटिस भी भेजा है ।
राजेश सिंह पार्षद तिलक नगर ने कहा कि इस समय देश कोराेना महामारी के नाम से काफी भयावह परिस्थितियों से गुजर रहा है, उस समय हमारी छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार झुग्गी बस्तियों को तोड़ने का आदेश पारित कर रही है । हम भी चाहते हैं बिलासपुर शहर और अरपा नदी व्यवस्थित एवं सुंदर हो, मगर भय और आतंक से नहीं ।
नदी किनारे रहने वालों का व्यवस्थित व्यवस्थापन तिलकनगर में ही तीन मंजिला इमारत बनाकर कर दिया जाए तो प्रशासन का काम भी चल जाएगा और 40 वर्षों से तिलकनगर में निवासरत गरीबों के रहने की व्यवस्था भी हो जाएगी । इस पर नगर प्रशासन सहित छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार को गंभीरता से विचार करनी चाहिए।
