लखनऊ। अजब यूपी की गजब कहानी सामने आयी है। यहां एक शिक्षिका का एक साथ 25 स्कूलों में पढ़ाने का गजब मामला सामने आया है। इस शिक्षिका की एक साथ 25 स्कूलों में पोस्टिंग दिखायी जा रही थी और उससे हर महीने वेतन भी निकाला जा रहा था। शिक्षिका का नाम अनामिका शुक्ला है। अब मामला सामने आने के बाद अफसरों के होश उड़ गये हैं। मामला उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय (केजीबीवी) का है, जहां कार्यरत एक शिक्षिका का वेतन 1 करोड़ निकला है।अमेठी के कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय में तैनात यह शिक्षिका विज्ञान विषय की शिक्षिका है।सूत्रों के अनुसार अमेठी के कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय में तैनात यह शिक्षिका विज्ञान विषय की शिक्षिका है। आरोप है कि वह एक दो नहीं बल्कि 25 जनपदों में एक साथ काम कर रही हैं। जिम्मेदारों की माने तो पिछले वर्ष नवंबर में कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय अमेठी में पूर्ण कालिक विज्ञान शिक्षिका के पद पर ज्वाइनिंग की थी।
ये मामला संज्ञान में तब आया जब विभाग ने शिक्षकों का डेटाबेस बनाना शुरू किया और अब विभाग ने इस पूरे मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के अनुसार, अब शिक्षकों का डिजिटल डेटाबेस बनाया जा रहा है और इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान केजीबीवी में काम करने वाली पूर्णकालिक शिक्षिका अमेठी, अंबेडकरनगर, रायबरेली, प्रयागराज, अलीगढ़ और अन्य जिलों में एक साथ 25 स्कूलों में काम करती हुई पाई गईं।
दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने ट्वीट कर कहा है कि ”उत्तर प्रदेश में एक सरकारी स्कूल के शिक्षक को एक साथ जिलों के 25 विभिन्न स्कूलों में नियोजित पाया गया. एक वर्ष में, वह वेतन के रूप में एक करोड़ रुपये निकालने में सफल रही है.”
क्या है मामला?
उत्तर प्रदेश में शिक्षकों का डेटाबेस तैयार किया जा रहा है. इसी दौरान यह फर्जीवाड़ा सामने आया. छानबीन में पता चला है कि एक शिक्षिका 25 स्कूलों में पिछले एक साल से अधिक समय से नियुक्त है. मामले में स्कूली शिक्षा महानिदेशक विजय किरन आनंद के निर्देश पर शिक्षिका के खिलाफ जांच शुरू कर दी गयी है.बताया जाता है कि मैनपुरी की रहनेवाली अनामिका शुक्ला ने रायबरेली, प्रयागराज, अंबेडकरनगर, सहारनपुर, बागपत, अलीगढ़ जैसे जिलों के कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालयों में तैनात मिली है. यहां टीचरों की नियुक्ति कॉन्ट्रेक्ट पर होती है. शिक्षकों को प्रतिमाह 30 हजार रुपये मानदेय मिलता है. जिले के हर प्रखंड में एक कस्तूरबा गांधी स्कूल है.
सर्व शिक्षा अभियान की ओर से छह जिलों में पत्र भेज कर कस्तूरबा विद्यालय में अनामिका शुक्ला नाम की शिक्षिका के बारे में जानकारी जुटायी जा रही है. मामले में बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ सतीश द्विवेदी का कहना है कि विभाग ने जांच का आदेश दिया है. आरोप सत्य होने पर शिक्षिका के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जायेगी.
