मितव्ययिता के नाम पर कृपणता का शिकार कर्मचारी – टेसू लाल धुरंधर

बलौदाबाजार– कर्मचारी अधिकारी फेडरेशन जिला बलौदाबाजार-भाटापारा के पूर्व जिला संयोजक टेसूलाल धुरंधर ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा कि प्रदेश में कार्यरत सभी संविदा कर्मियों का नियमितीकरण तथा सरकारी कर्मचारियों के चार पदोन्नति व वेतन विसंगति का निराकरण के वादों के साथ सत्ता में विराजमान कांग्रेस सरकार शासकीय व्यय में मितव्ययिता के नाम पर सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अनावश्यक कृपणता का शिकार बना रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना से लड़ाई में राज्य सरकार के साथ क़दम से क़दम मिलाकर बिना किसी अतिरिक्त सुविधा व भत्ता के अपने दायित्वों का सफलतम निर्वहन करने वाले कर्मचारियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के बदले मूलभूत अधिकार वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि जैसी अकल्पनीय कर्मचारी विरोधी आदेश जारी करना.सेवानिवृत कर्मियों को 33 माह का एरियर्स व कर्मचारियों के मई 2018 से दिसंबर 2018 तक एरियर्स की राशि भुगतान के बारे में विचार तक न करना . जुलाई 2019 से 5 प्रतिशत व जनवरी 2020 से देय 4 प्रतिशत मंहगाई भत्ता किश्त भी आज तक नहीं देना सरकार की संवेदनशीलता पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लगाता है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सरकार वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि पर रोक लगाने वाले देश का इकलौता ‘स्टेट’ होने की तोहमत से बचने तत्काल प्रसारित आदेश निरस्त करे अन्यथा विरोधस्वरूप फेडरेशन आगामी दिनों में आंदोलनात्मक निर्णय हेतु बाध्य होगा।
