महापौर रामशरण यादव ने शहरवासियों को किया आगाह : फ्री होल्ड की आड़ में जमीन हथियाने के “गोरखधंधे की रीढ़ पर” प्रहार करेंगे महापौर

बिलासपुर। नगर निगम के महापौर रामशरण यादव ने फ्री होल्ड के तहत चहेतों को रेवड़ी की तरह बांटी जा रही सरकारी जमीन को लेकर लोगों का आगाह किया है। उनका बिलासपुर के नागरिकों से कहना है कि नजूल की जिस जमीन को फ्री होल्ड योजना के तहत दिया जा रहा है, उसे न लें..!क्योंकि इस जमीन को देने का सारा अधिकार एमआईसी को है। इसलिए एमआईसी में जो पास होगा, वही मान्य होगा। बताते चलें कि राज्य सरकार ने फ्री होल्ड योजना के तहत सरकारी जमीन को कब्जाधारियों को देने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके तहत अधिकतम साढ़े सात हजार वर्गफीट जमीन को संबंधित कब्जेधारी के नाम पर रजिस्ट्री करने की छूट राजस्व महकमे को दी गई है।
यह योजना लांच होते ही नगर निगम के अधिकारी और राजस्व महकमे की बांछें खिल गई हैं। मेयर रामशरण यादव के पास ऐसी कई शिकायतें आई हैं कि निगम के अधिकारी और राजस्व महकमा मिलकर सरकारी जमीन की बंदरबांट कर रहे हैं। पहले आवेदन करने वालों को प्राथमिकता देने की बजाय चेहरा देखकर जमीनें बांटी जा रही हैं। निगम सीमा की कई एकड़ सरकारी जमीन को बेचने का खेल शुरू हो गया है। इस मामले में मेयर श्री यादव का कहना है कि नगर निगम के अधिकारी और राजस्व महकमे की भर्राशाही नहीं चलने दी जाएगी। जमीन की बंदरबांट की जैसी शिकायतें मिल रही हैं और अगर यही हाल रहा तो भविष्य में नगर निगम के पास सरकारी प्रयोजन के लिए जमीन ही नहीं बचेगी।
मेयर ने पहले भी कलेक्टर को लिखा था पत्र
फ्री होल्ड योजना के तहत जमीन लेने के लिए कलेक्टर के पास हजारों आवेदन आए हैं। इसकी जानकारी मिलने पर मेयर यादव ने कलेक्टर डॉ. संजय अलंग को एक पत्र लिखा था। इस पत्र में उन्होंने कहा था कि नगर निगम सीमा की नजूल और अन्य सारी सरकारी जमीनों को बेच दिया गया तो सरकारी प्रयोजन के लिए कोई जमीन ही नहीं बचेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री भी सिर्फ कब्जा धारियों को ही देने की बात कही थी
नगर निगम के महापौर रामशरण यादव के मुताबिक प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने ने सिर्फ कब्जाधारियों को उनके कब्जे वाली जमीन फ्री होल्ड सिस्टम में देने का दिया था बयान
सीएम भूपेश बघेल जब मेयर रामशरण यादव के सरकारी बंगले में आए थे, तब पत्रकारों ने उनसे सवाल किया था कि फ्री होल्ड योजना के तहत खाली पड़ी सरकारी जमीन की बंदरबांट शुरू हो गई है। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा था कि जिस जमीन पर जिनका सालों से कब्जा है, उसे ही उनको फ्री होल्ड योजना के तहत देने का नियम बनाया गया है। यदि खाली पड़ी जमीनों को इस योजना के तहत बेच दिया गया और जांच में पुष्टि हो गई तो रजिस्ट्री निरस्त करा दी जाएगी।
