रायपुर — अलग-अलग मामलों में रिश्वत लेने के आरोप में चिकित्सा अघिकारी कार्यालय के क्लर्क और दूसरे में महिला पटवारी को रिश्वत लेते एसीबी ने गिरफ्तार किया है। एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो भ्रष्टाचार के दोनों प्रकरणों में कार्रवाही कर रही है।
इस संबंध में मिली जानकारी के अनुसार सूरजपुर के तहसील प्रतापपुर के रेंवटी निवासी बिनेश्वर राम टेकाम ने एसीबी के डीएसपी को लिखित शिकायत में बताया कि साल भर पहले वह स्वीपर के पद से सेवानिवृत्त हुआ है। रिटायरमेंट के बाद ग्रेज्युटी और अन्य राशि मिलाकर कुल 10 लाख मिलना था, जिसमें से सात लाख रूपए मिल चुका है। बाकी के तीन लाख रूपये और पेंशन प्रकरण तैयार करने के लिये क्लर्क गिरवर कुशवाहा ने सोलह हजार रूपये की रिश्वत मांगी है। इसके पहले भी वह सात लाख रूपये दिलाने के लिये 19 हजार रूपये रिश्वत गिरवर कुशवाहा को दे चुका था और अब रिश्वत नहीं देना चाहता है। इसके बाद एसीबी ने वॉइस रिकॉर्डर देकर सत्यापन कराया जो कि सही पाया। आरोपी गिरवर कुशवाहा को 16 हजार रूपये रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथों पकड़ा गया।
आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा-7 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत कार्रवाई की गई। इसी तरह एक अन्य प्रकरण में खरसिया की संजय साहू ने बिलासपुर में एसीबी के डीएसपी को शिकायत कर बताया कि ऋण पुस्तिका दुरूस्त करने के लिये पटवारी कुमारी सुमित्रा सिदार के संपर्क किया था, जिसमें ऋण पुस्तिका ठीक करने के लिए 4 हजार रूपए रिश्वत की मांग की। इसके बाद एसीबी ने प्रार्थी से रिश्वत लेते महिला पटवारी को रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपी के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार अधिनियम की धारा-7 के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है।
